Class of 3 to 5 individuals with one instructor using the Universal Reformer, may include the use of props and Pilates Chair. Although a class setting, your instructor will monitor your form and placement to insure you get a challenging, effective workout that doesn't compromise form. Each class is a full body workout designed around the students in the class, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner there is a class to challenge you.

I have been a personal fitness trainer since 1979, holding certifications through ACE, AFFA and Health Management Corp. In addition, I hold a BSBA from Northeastern University.
Book now, class sizes have been adjusted to allow for local government guidelines, you will need to book early. Due to the popularity of our virtual classes, we will continue to offer virtual classes. Always check online to make sure your class is running. Class size minimum is 2 for non apparatus and reformer classes.
