This truly is a nice place that to live. I have had a few things that needed fixed and maintenance took care of it within a few days. I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office. Penny is such a nice person and makes sure that things get done. The first day I came to fill out an application I fell in love with her.

I've been fortunate to call Cambury Hills home for over one year now and the experience has been fantastic. The front office staff has always been kind, courteous and prompt in addressing any issues. Maintenance staff is top-notch, friendly, and always out to get the job done properly the first time around. Facilities are awesome as is the pool. I can't recommend CH enough.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place has been hands down the worst place I have ever lived in my life. It is not because of the apartments themselves and the place is affordable but you have to deal with the most inconsiderate residents you'll ever come across. Whether it be parents letting their kids run wild outside of your apartment or hearing someone blasting their music for 15 minutes from their car in the parking lot, you can't get more than 10 minutes of quiet. DO NOT live here in general but especially if you enjoy your piece and quiet.

I have lived at Cambury for the last 2 years and it was a little rough until they brought Ms. Penny on board! The whole staff is amazing, Penny really goes above and beyond to keep these apartments looking nice and maintained. This is a place to really call home.
It is so great to have Penny back with us!!! This time that she has been gone has been a circus show. I look forward to things being back to normal around here!! Welcome back Penny!

I have lived at Cambury Hills for the past 7 years and I have seen a lot of managers and staff come and go. I have to say some of the PAST managers and staff were rude and didn't really care about the property or the people that live here. However, since the new manager, Penny and her assistant Mackenzie came things have gotten a lot better, yea there have been issues like no pool last summer but when I brought this issue up with the new manager she was up front with me about how with the previous staff leaving there was no one to operate the pool. Understandably it was frustrating but not her

We've been here almost a year and will defiantly be signing a new lease. Penny and the office staff are great, you have a problem they will listen and try to correct the problem. Maintenance is getting better. The grounds keeper is always out picking up trash or cleaning the breezeways. Only complaint I have is people not picking up after their dogs.... after all it's your dog not the managements. It is also our responsibility to NOT empty our trash on the parking lots.

Great location! It’s quiet and I love being close to everything. Our apartment has huge closets and 2 full bathrooms, which seems pretty rare for a 2 bedroom apartment- especially one so affordable. We actually turned our 4 year olds closet into an extra play “room”. The little playground and pool has been great to have all summer too. The thing I’ll miss the most though (moving back to our hometown soon) is having Penny as our leasing manager. Any problem we’ve ever ran into was fixed before/by the next day because of her. Living in an apartment has it’s downfalls, but she always makes

Going on my fourth year living here, and Penny is the third manager during that time. Her and her team have by far been the BEST. I’ve seen lots of improvements and upkeep that hasn’t been done at all in the past. They work hard to keep the grounds and the pool looking nice, they’ve recently cleaned out the dryer vents too. As well as putting more eco friendly faucets/toilets in all of the apartments.
They have monthly newsletters and try to organize community garage sales a few times a year. Any concern is dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Penny makes an effort to chat with

Penny and her team do an exceptional job here. It's the first management I've had - ever - that help out in whatever way they can. They are attentive, prompt, and make connections. I am very satisfied with this management team and it's made my stay at Cambury much better than it's ever been!
I also notice that Penny is always there...like always... There are a bunch of smiles and open conversation and I really enjoy that. Pool was padlocked shut all summer! Wasn't opened a ton the year before either.. Have had a non working stove going on over a month now. Very convenient trying to prepare family meals. Working in the property management field myself, I understand the difficulty of staffing changes from the business side, but ultimately that has nothing to do with the residents and they should not have to suffer. This summer I had two clogged tubs for weeks, that I had tried to snake myself to no avail. I don't like to complain, so finally had to call after a few weeks, when I finally got tired of having to stand

I moved in about 6 months ago and have really enjoy my apartment. The management is nice and helpful. I have had a few maintenance request after moving in but they were all taken care of within 2/3 days, which was a lot better then my other complex. The grounds look nice (no trash) and it's quiet at night! I have also been to the pool lately, which looks well kept. Their staff does come check pool attendance regularly, which sometimes is annoying but I can understand why. It's worth a look for anyone on a budget who wants to live in West Omaha.
