We politely ask you to join us in helping those who cannot help themselves during these truly uncertain times. In an ongoing effort, Fath Properties will be partnering with a local charity to provide help to the members of our community who need it most. We will be collecting items in a bin located in our Leasing Office.
A huge thank you to all of our residents who donated to the St. Nick's Shoppe gift drive this year. We want you to know-your generous response to this effort empowered Catholic Social Services to provide gifts and essentials to more than 500 families this holiday season! As those who distributed these items can attest, every gift was warmly appreciated and the recipients were very thankful.

Choosing to live at Washington Park has been the best decision. The people, the neighborhood and the surroundings are simply the best. I wouldn't trade living here for anything. Homes are spacious and beautiful, the kitchen is a dream and the backyard with the creek view is amazing. I couldn't ask for more. A special thank you to Rhonda who has always been very attentive since we first arrived.

I've lived here about 5 years. The current manager, Cindy, is absolutely the best manager I've seen during my entire tenancy. She is hard working, highly efficient, always friendly, handles all maintenance and any other resident related issues in an expedient manner. The maintenance person, Don, is very skillful and knowledgeable. He completes tasks in a timely fashion and is always courteous. The team, currently in place, make this a great place to live! I visited Washington Park Apartments this week to look for a new apartment, and I was very impressed. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the grounds and facilities are well-kept. Cindy the manager was especially helpful, and she took special care to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I look forward to the prospect of moving there in the near future!

Area is OK but after living in the complex I found it not so good. Floors made squeaking sounds and heating and cooling unit malfunctioned causing enormous utility bills. When fixed no apologies for two months of high bills and discomfort. My unit did not look as good as these pictures it was very dated. Repairs for certain move in items never occurred and and then showed up on my move out statement as damage. Never leave their units without a walk thru, I did and I was sorry.
