I have lived here for the past 2 years and have no complaints! Yes somethings in my apartment needed repairing or needed to be replaced, but the maintenance staff has always been well responsive to my work orders. The management and work staff have always been polite, pleasing, and helpful to me :)
I would recommend this place to friends. Its not loud, I love all the tress surrounding the apartments , and parking is a breeze for guest who come to visit!

We rented here from Spring of 2019 to January of 2020 after moving to Phoenix from Chicago. The office staff was very friendly as was the maintenance manager Jose. My only real complaints are; the unit we had was way in the back, so if we wanted to walk to the office to make a payment or check the mail, it was a bit of a hike, and there was also hole in one of the bedroom ceilings that came during the summer do to a water leak, that was never fixed before we moved out. When we decided to break the lease after buying a house, they were very flexible with us and gave us all the time we needed to

I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s been great. The staff is always in the office and are always willing to help. The maintenance men are always there to help with any issues usually the same day. If you live in the Tempe area and want a place where you’re away from the College town of ASU this is a place for you. It’s family oriented and the place is kept up. Only down fall is the place was built 30-40 years ago and beings the water here is hard, it seems as tho the pipes go bad and you may experience an unexpected water being shut off for just one day so maintenance can fix the issue

These are my favorite apartments in the Tempe area. They are in a quiet location off a golf course with lots of grass and trees. The staff are amazing. They are real, kind people that are always willing to help. Tanya always made my day. The maintenance team was responsive and friendly for the very few problems that we had. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for clean, spacious, laid back, and neighborly apartment community.

If you are looking to rent here I wouldn’t recommend it. I was looking to move into these apartments at the end of April. My roommate and I wanted a downstairs apartment, while I was paying over the phone someone else placed a hold on the apartment the same exact time. I got a call back and I wasn’t happy. But we said fine we’ll take the upstairs apartment. After everything went through I gave them 24 hours and I called them back to see the status of everyone’s application. It took them 5 mins to find 2 out of the 3 applications and we let them know that we were on a time crunch, they got

I've lived here for 3 years and have never had anything but good experiences, I know it's an older complex, but the staff has always been super accommodating about getting anything fixed or changed. The space you get for the price make it worth it.
update: I did move out of my apartment here a couple of months ago because my lease was up. I had no issues moving out but I did not get my deposit back, I would encourage future renters to request a walk through the apartment when moving out to avoid the same issue I had. I love my new apartment but I do miss the family-friendly atmosphere of this

I finally found home. I have lived in four different apartment complexes in the last 5 years. La Estancia is the first community where my safety and overall satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the management team (Chastity/Kim). After a 5 year search to find a suitable apartment I have instead found a lasting home. I am excited to live and raise my family in this amazing, loving, and caring community.

I lived here for a few yrs. Its a nice apartment and convenient to the super market, mall and really close to the park. Its an older apartment so you expect some small issue but nothing major that couldn't be fix. The maintenance guys were pretty prompt with 24-48 but right away of it was an emergency. The staff is nice and Gaby is amazing and understanding.
