I can’t stress this enough, this was the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The apartments are horribly overpriced and they raise the rent every single year without fail, the management staff is rude and unprofessional and they never answer their phone or open the office during general business hours for whatever reason, and getting basic maintenance done is like pulling teeth. I lived there for seven years and three years into the lease someone shot bullets into our garage door and the complex never even bothered to fix it. I moved out over two years ago and am still dealing with them

If you need a place to live don’t come here. We have been here since November and have had nothing but problems. From cockroaches, flooded toilets, leaking appliances and a washer that is so loud you can’t even here yourself think. The maintenance staff is useless, they can never fix anything and place the blame on you. The dishwasher leaks and they claim it doesn’t as I’m watching water come from the bottom. Today our toilets flooded our apartment and they can’t do anything because the maintenance man is busy. The cockroaches are here, they said they would spray weekly until we felt

I lived here for three years a loved it! The only reason I moved was to buy a house. The manager Misty was completely competent to handle any situation that would arise. The grounds were always maintained, clean and landscapers came every Tuesday. Don't listen to the losers hating Cantata. They need to move out and live in the War Zone where they belong. Leave Cantata at the Trails to the responsible adults.

I’ve been a resident for over a month now and really enjoy living here. Arrianna in the office goes way above and beyond to get you situated. If fact, she made setting up the utilities and cable/internet a breeze! I later met Misty and she was equally amazing. You’ll be in great hands working with them!

Very okay, moved in from a studio off I-40 1-25 in 2018 and it was a huge improvement. Rent went up a couple hundred dollars or more a year, which is standard for apartments nationwide, but, it’s a little much. Rent for that same unit is almost 2x as much these days as I was paying in 2018, definitely not worth it at that price. The neighborhood is decent but you still need to keep your vehicles in the garage, and I will say that is one thing I absolutely loved about these townhomes is I could be sure my vehicle was safe overnight. Overall, not bad considering the options in ABQ.
