Best Dry Cleaner in the business! Would not trust my items elsewhere. If you are concerned about price, get a quote ahead of time. They are worth every penny. The staff works hard to create a quality experience. Very detailed and caring. Leaps and bounds above all others in Miami. On delicate items and tough stains that I didn't think could be removed, they have always left me pleasantly surprised. Excellent care! Thank you!

Be aware of prices before you drop off your garments. I used to like this place even though it was a little overpriced. Went back to bring 2 dresses and 3 shirts. Total $100.45. $70.07 for 2 dresses ( almost the price of one dress) will not be going back for sure. There were no stains or anything special for this kind of pricing.

Maykel Izquierdo always offers excellent customer service. He is friendly, professional and efficient. My family and I have been customers since1985. Also, the seamstress that works during the week is very detailed and in a timely manner, all the things that we appreciate in a business!

Crest quality did such a great job on an olive oil stain on a silk blouse. I highly recommended this dry cleaning! The price was totally worth it!

I'm giving 2 stars because at least they did what they supposed to do: dry cleaned both my dress shirts. I couldn't believe what I was being charged when I picked up my 2 shirts. It's very overpriced compared to other locations.

This is the worst experience ever!! I took a blouse in recently and most say never again, the first time I took my blouse they weren't able to remove the stain I had to return two other times! Extreme incompetence by the entire staff there at that cleaners and especially the Assistant manager, he know like 4 words in English and the professionalism of a roach! Go elsewhere

Do not use this cleaners unless you want your clothes shrunk beyond wearability.
I used this cleaners for years and years, but the past 10 years they have consistently declined in workmanship.
I now have 4 expensive cashmere sweaters that I can not wear due to shrinkage from their cleaning.These fit perfectly before I had them cleaned. I got tired of bringing raw linen items back that were half the size when picked up!
Poor , poor workmanship and high, high prices.

I love that there number one priority is customer service. They make sure things are convenient and done with the highest quality of care. They also have excellent onsite tailoring, my wife and I had some things altered here and it turned out perfectly. They have a special area for the tailor too which is awesome because I always hate it when you're standing in the front window of a dry cleaners while they mark the hem on your pants or something. I would highly recommend this place for all of your dry cleaning and tailoring services.

If you want to get ripped off then go here. Took in a dress with 3 tiny dot stains and got charged $80! Got home to see the ironing of the pleated pattern and its horrible. The lines are all over the place. And the dress smells musty. Even had a grass seed stuck to the bottom of the dress that I noticed while dropping off the dress. They made $80 off 3 tiny dots. I should of just bought a new dress. This place isn't recommended on my behalf. When I spoke to the person over the phone about my price, her response was simply that "we are expensive." Ridiculous.

Took a formal maxi dress for 3 tiny stain removals. I got charged $80! This place is a joke! When I told the girl that it's was really expensive she told me "yeah we're really expensive" REALLY?! I didn't notice. Don't bother with this place unless you like over paying for dry cleaning. Could of bought a whole new dress with the $80 they charged me.

Wow!! This is exactly what you would want from a quality dry cleaners. We moved all of our business over to Jerry and the amazing people at Crest from a different cleaners. I can honestly say, Crest made our lives at least 20% easier. They were a tiny bit more expensive monthly, but for the peace of mind and the quality job Crest has done. It's invaluable. They deliver to us direct and have never once not been on time!! Plus.. we sometimes even pick up from Crest directly with our work trucks and Crest has a drive through!!! Again unheard of. These guys are okay for regular dry cleaning. Do not trust them for anything major like hand bags or wedding dresses. Their pricing policy is shady. We received two completely different quotes within a 24hour period. Then they make you sign a release removing any liability to the company for damages. Lastly, they charge upfront which is absurd. There are better options for your money.

"Oh my manager said the system is down right now. We would make a ticket but it won't be done when you need it."

As a nurse I don't have money to burn but I will not eat second-rate food, and I won't have my clothes ruined by a second-rate dry cleaner. I drive-thru tell Yani or Michael what I need and when I need it, they bill it to my credit card (2% cash-back points for my God-children's college fund, thank you) and off to work/life I go. :-)

I called for same day dry cleaning and was told "our machines aren't on today. We just answer the phone" Miami lacks a real same day dry cleaner. Don't even bother with this place.

I was astonished at the prices they charged me $34-$40 a dress. $12 a sweater, mans pant over $10. I asked them why so much? Their reply was because we are the best. This place was recommend by a close friend who lives in the neighborhood because I was in need of a miracle. I bought a new white dress that had make-up stains & needed it the next day by 1pm. I dropped off the dress at 6pm & was in my beautiful new STAINLESS white dress the NEXT DAY ON TIME as scheduled. Their packaging is fancy, at least for the dresses.
