The location , hands down is absolutely great. The layout and aesthetic of the property is very nice as is my unit. Work orders are done knowledgeably,quickly and well.The grounds are kept clean. Especially with neighbors and maintenance working in tandem to keep things beautiful with our fur babies here. I am a definite fan!

Originally i rated this complex 5 stars. Recently I have been very disappointed.i put in two maintenance requests which I assumed would be taken care of within 24-48 hours. I got an email 24 hours later asking how the maintenance team did which would have been fantastic IF THEY EVER CAME TO MY APARTMENT. If they have indeed come into my apartment it was not to fix anything. Both items requested to be fixed were not and there was not a note saying maintenance had been in. On top of this I was auto enrolled into their insurance policy even though I have always maintained an insurance policy meeting

I'm over all happy with my move in. However I can't give it 5 stars because it took weeks to get my lease signed, and on the initial inspection the bathroom had not been refinished (it was refinished promptly). I'm coming up on 5 days after move in and some of my maintenance requests are still uncompleted (mostly minor stuff). However, the Office staff is very friendly and helpful as are the maintenance team, and I had a good move in overall.

I lived at Summer’s Crossing for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience. Where I lived was quiet...maintenance staff were super friendly and quick to fix anything that was broken. The office staff were professional and helpful. I didn’t hear my neighbors through the walls and always had parking in front of my unit. The pool was great and never crowded, at times it felt like our own private pool.
I only moved to to a change in job otherwise we would still be there.

My name is Warren Williams Summer Crossing Has been the most professional staff I’ve have ever dealt with in my 38 years on this Earth Everyone inside the office from the Manager, Assistant manager To the leasing agent was very nice And knowledgeable and helpful They have done everything they can to get me approved and to make sure my move was perfect these three Gentleman from the front office deserves a standing ovation for the great work and a trophy of excellence! If they left and went to another community I would definitely be a tenant and whatever property they travel to

My family and I have been living here for almost 7 years. The location is great have never really had any major issues that required immediate attention. It's quiet, considering it's right off Preston, and for the most part I'd say the grounds are very clean. I would like to point out that there is very minimal communication about what goes in within the apartment complex, as it seems the management company has changed and I don't recall seeing anything about that. Not everyone wants to get emails.

I LOVE IT HERE! I have been living here for about 3 months now, and absolutely adore it! The apartment is very spacious and feels so homey! There is so much storage space, so all of my junk has a place to go and doesn't bother me anymore haha. I also love the natural sunlight that we get from all the windows.. we don't turn on the lights until the sun starts going down. All of our neighbors are very friendly, and it feels very safe. Also, maintenance responds really quickly!!

I loved living in this apartment. Even though I was only here for a year it felt like home from the get go. Everyone in the front office was super nice and helpful but Sabra was literally one of the sweetest people and really swayed me to live here. There is covered parking for every apartment, multiple pools, and multiple tennis courts.

There is no reason for me to contact site support or anyone at the corporate office !!! My car was also damaged by the hard water from the water sprinklers. Milestone paid once & it happened again& I was told by the corporate office they would pay for it again. I submitted the bill & was told they would not pay!!!! I had told the office several times it was damaging my car &!they did nothing!!!

...Also they charge $25.00 "convenience fee" to pay your rent online. I understand a nominal convenience fee of maybe $3-5. But seriously $25.00?!!! BUT they did away with the drop off slot at the leasing office which means you can only drop off checks or payments during open office hours. So if you work during their office hours and your rent is due during the week, You will be late or inconvenienced with having to pay way earlier then your salary allows.

I lived here for a few years, loved it for its convenient location, great staff, and more affordable pricing (compared to other apartments in the same area that had same square footage for $100-$300 more a month). Of course for that price you don't get marble countertops or fancy schmancy stuff. I didn't care for that anyways. They did, however, have a fireplace and updated appliances. The maintenance guys were always prompt and helpful. The apartments are kept clean. It is generally quiet. I only left because I moved out of the city.

Have lived here for three years and have enjoyed it. Anytime I need some maintenance done they move pretty quick to make it happen. I was looking for more of a quiet place to live and I have found it to be very quiet. I don't really use the facilities here too much so I can't comment on that but other than that it has been a great place to live.
