Today I went into the office to pick up my mailbox key because the mailboxes was broken into months ago. When I went in and start speaking with Carolina, she asked for my ID and I asked why and stated why do the tenants have to suffer for something that was illegally done by criminals, while I was speaking to Carolina, Alicia rudely interrupted our… conversation. I told Alicia that I was not talking to her and she told me well she’s talking to me. I went on to ask for the owners name and the name of the manager and told her she is talking to the wrong one. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Since we moved across country, we definitely had a lot of questions and many phone calls, but they were very patient and helpful the whole time. If you're apartment hunting in Las Vegas I definitely recommend The Avondale, and it has a ton of nice amenities plus excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Avondale is a lovely complex. The apartments are spacious and secure. The complex it's self
Has several pools and Jacuzzi hottub areas.
The surrounding area is so awesome. Markets, department stores, banks, resturants, personal care services, gas stations. Car washes, easy access to the 215 freeway, 95 freeway, 15 freeway about 15 minutes south on Charleston Blvd.
The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating. Come see

We just recently moved in here at “The Avondale” and the apartment is beautiful as well as the development. I did have a few issues with the office during the application process but everything was taken care of and the leasing manager and other office workers did their best to accommodate me. I would recommend the Avondale apartments to anyone who is looking for a great location and a nicely remodeled apartment with smart home features, included cable, and a gated entry.

It will be 1 year that I have lived at The Avondale in September. I have had nothing, but an exceptional experience here. Everyone in the leasing office has gone over and above to make sure that I am satisfied as a tenant. They are always friendly whenever I go into the office or have to call the office. Maintenance issues are ALWAYS resolved the same day or next day. I have had minor problems with my fridge and dryer in the year, and once I put in the maintenance request they responded within 24 hours. I guess everyone is entitled to their own experience, but I can honestly say I have not experienced

I have been living at this property for quite some time. I can say while living at apartments, you may come across minor issues or inconveniences - but the staff at this property and the maintenance team really makes things a breeze. It's a simple move-in process, and their leasing team is great at communicating. They solve issues almost immediately. I feel safe, and I always feel like my belongings are safe when I am away at work or on trips. Their amenities are a huge plus, I use the gym throughout the week & it saves me money on gym memberships. If you are thinking about leasing, but are doubting

I've been living at the Avondale for a year so far and have even extended due to the Staff doing an utmost wonderful job to catering with needs and wants of their tenants. There are two ladies in particular, Liza and Alicia, at the front office which, regardless of how late a request may be, or how early, they are eager to help in a better mood than most who must deal with requests at these times. It was always a great experience when working with these two and they always get our problems solved (if there are any). Thanks guys!

I’ve been living at Avondale for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. I’m not sure why people judge so harsh in these reviews. But I can only speak from my experience. My apartment is great, appliances are good, they’ve never had issues. I’ve rarely had any maintenance issues and if I do maintenance takes care of it the same day. They’re awesome!! I’ve always had positive interactions with the leasing staff as well. If any of the pools are ever closed it’s for a reason and for the resident’s safety. The office won’t shut down the pool just to shut it down. And usually it”s

I lived here for a year 2019/2020 and had some recurring issues that staff and management did everything they could to fix! I miss the apartment - it was without a doubt the best home I’ve had the past 20 years… and I’ve lived in two countries and two states. I miss the Avondale and I know that if I were to ever move back to Las Vegas I would go back to living here. Please do check out what they offer - I don’t recognize anything in the negative reviews.

This place not only is unsafe as someone tried to break in to our apt last night with a damn credit card. Good thing I use both deadbolts. They let people piss on the side of buildings just out in the open. Cops are here in the complex daily and not in a good way. Drunk people are fighting in the parking lot at 4 in the morning. Not to mention all the damn glass constantly on the ground. The management and sales team here are completely incapable of properly managing this place. I can't wait to move. Do your self a favor and don't move here. It's beyond horrible.

This apartment complex was historically terrible and (based on current Google reviews) still is! I lived here back when it was managed by Camden and they were the Camden Del Mar Apartments. On two separate occasions, I had to move from my current apartment, to a newly renovated apartment - the 1st one being a first floor unit so my old one could… be renovated. The next day while I was at work, my apartment was robbed! I came home to find an open door and find that many of my valuable possessions had been stolen. I love living at Avondale! The location of the property is perfect. It's quiet and safe, I've never had any issues in the couple years of living here. I love that we get direct access to the Peccole Ranch walking trails and love seeing so many trees and grass on the property.
It's nice having a 24 hr gym and they have most machines that an actual gym has .
The staff is always friendly. The girls in the office are amazing and maintenance is always quick to do work orders.

Worst place I've ever lived thank goodness my leases ended
The police is at this property almost everyday
So many hidden fees make sure you read the contract like actually read it don't skim through it !
Even after you move out you owe water valet trash that rarely pick up trash your lying for amenities that you can't use over all this place is horrible cars being vandalized

Absolute garbage apartment complex. If management spent half as much time managing the property as they do replying with snarky comments on Yelp, The Avondale would actually be more than just a slight step above living under a bridge farther East on Charleston.
Let's start with security or the complete lack thereof. The front gates are always open during the day. At night, the complex is not well lit at all. Micheal had helped find that apartment & had said that the tenant will be moving out on Wednesday, but there may be a chance he/she could move out earlier. I returned to the… Leasing Office that Tuesday to see if, by chance the tenant will be moving out earlier or not, but to no avail.
From here is where all of the nightmare & hell due to the was to follow began! Micheal was not there that day, but there were three
