I really do like living here but there is just one thing that has made me behind looking for a new place to live. Noise levels. There is someone always constantly blasting music with the bass turned up as loud as it possibly can go at random hours of theday/night all the way up to the am hours. Having to work the next day after finally being able to sleep at 1 am somehow doesn't make a person happy. I have contacted the office multiple times with the promise that this will be resolved, that I will be contacted later on that day and that they will talk talk the neighbor. The noise will stop for

I have been living at the Front Nine now for over a year. Renewed my lease just a couple months ago. I rent one of the 2 bedroom Villa with 2 connected garages with private entrance to the Villa, which is a big plus! This feels more like a town home rather than an apartment. The entire property is kept tidy, clean and everything is very new. The workout room is great and the pool is perfect in the summer. The staff are super kind and helpful. The neighbors are very friendly and I have made some great new friends that have similar interests. The community here is awesome. Some of the best parts

I lived in a one bedroom apartments for a year and a half before moving into a two bedroom villa and loved both. The appliances are new, maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner, and the community is very friendly! It is less than 10 minutes from downtown and from campus so it is convenient for students or young professionals.

I stayed in these apartments for 4 months. It was a great experience. The apartment was gorgeous, well decorated and had private garage entrance. Management was very easy to work with and relaxed. I was there through winter and snow removal was prompt. Never heard neighbors, just their garage door opening if I was in the right room at the time.

We rented a two bedroom unit in the villas. It was by far the best apartment we've lived in. It seemed more like a home than an apartment. Pluses were a well designed floor plan, helpful office staff (Jess & Lex), connected garage, huge island, large deck overlooking the golf course, and convenient location. If not for having to move from Lincoln for for family reasons; we would have made the FrontNine Villas our long term residence.

I have got to say Genero is probably one of the nicest apartment managers I have ever came across. He has helped place both my daughters in apartments and hopefully soon my father. The place is always clean and always smell so good when you walk into the office. You are greeted with a smile and kindness. He is very helpful and very efficient when it come to all the questions I ask. My daughters both loved living there and one currently still does.
