We lived here for 4 years through multiple owners, and it was downhill the entire time. We had multiple maintenance issues that were either completely ignored or only "fixed" in a way that kicked the can down the road, so to speak. As a result, the same issues would repeat themselves, the worst probably being our AC coils freezing over and leaking, leaving a huge puddle on our carpet on 5 separate occasions, and each time without fail the maintenance staff would leave with the coils still not properly insulated and the staff would say "just use your dehumidifier" and then "well it's dry now, what

There's nothing better than the atmosphere of the Island Club property! All the staff are more than helpful make u feel like a community,team, & a bit of family. The community are lovely folks, couldn't ask for anything to do, it's @ your fingertips right in the backyard. Great environment to call Home

They failed us repeatedly in less than two months of living here. We were told we had one apartment then 3 weeks before move in, that unit was no longer available, but we could have a "unrenovated unit" the unit was not even ready when we moved in. When maintenance was going to happen to our apartment we received no notice. Under one instance we were told we needed to vacate the apartment for the day as they re-glazed the tub. We did not know this was going to happen until they contractor was already at our door. Finally, we needed to break our lease early. We went in to talk to the management

Cozy & spacious apartments. The maintenance man Vern is very helpful. I had a issue with my toilet & he made sure it was fixed & I was satisfied before leaving. He also helped replace my bulb (which he didn't have to). The grounds are clean which I love and my neighbors are friendly. I will be staying here until I graduate in 2022.

This apartment complex is the perfect home for individuals and couples of all ages. Those looking for a quiet, classy, beautiful themed setting. The apartments themselves are spacious and well adorned. Mine has a working fireplace and a large balcony. I love the layout. The facilities are a step above the typical. The property management and support service / maintenance personnel are outstanding. I was never without the solution to any situation requiring assistance. I found myself a couple of times needing immediate assistance and the maintenance management were on top of my needs within minutes

This company really cares about their tenants. They are kind and do whatever they can to be accommodating to everyone. I’ve been staying here on and off for visits with my mother and she absolutely loves it here! The renovated apartment homes are so nice and modern. The maintenance department is friendly and respond to any needs very quickly. Vern is professional and funny! The office staff is friendly and down to earth. Claudia is professional and easy going at the same time. The updates on the grounds are really nice, the pool is amazing and the clubhouse is gorgeous!

First let me start with I've never felt the need to give anyone a bad review online, but if I can help anyone make the decision to not make The Island Club Apartments their home then it's worth it. Second of all get every little tiny detail in writing from them. Don't trust them to follow their word. Even if it seems like the most small detail. Also if you decide to live here be prepared for them to enter your apartment multiple times a month and sometimes sad to say without any prior notification. Don't expect them to respond with an answer either when you ask them why your
