One90 Firewheel has the worst management ever. Vanessa Peart is a passive aggressive manager that will say things in emails but NICE to your face. They 5 stars Google reviews are all made up names and stories about their experience, I know I HAD to write many anytime we got a bad review. If you over qualify for the discounted units don't worry she will make fake paystubs so you do. They are really good ones too. I worked there for 6 months. I put my 2 weeks in and she never even asked me why. During those two weeks I let many comments and rude emails slide. All Vanessa ever does is emails

Such dirty place. Dog waste left in bag at second entrance all weekend and pretty girls in office won’t pick up. Noisy with dogs barking and kids screaming at all hours. Trash blowing all over. I don’t know who wants to pay $1200-1700 a mo for this. A lot of Sec 8 here. Trash thrown in random areas of buildings and in recycle bin. Definitely the… slums now. So sad this was a nice property and area but management has no pride and pawns all on maintenance and don’t walk properties. They don’t even change AC filters. Been here for Mos and never changed. Terrible and
