The women in the leasing office are absolutely miserable. I've had three separate interactions, twice to deliver with Uber Eats and once to visit a friend. They're unfriendly and come off as being perpetually inconvenienced. I don't know if they're this rude to their residents but I know I'll never find out.

I recently moved in and so far I am very happy with my choice! Leighton the assistant manager of the leasing office gave an excellent tour and was incredibly helpful throughout the move in process. The location is perfect right in the heart of all the fun stuff NoDa has to offer and is also right down the street from the light rail. I am very impressed by the state of the building as well as the appliances and layout of my single bedroom rental especially for the price. If you are interested in renting in the NoDa area I highly recommend booking a tour here.

As a resident here I can honestly say that this is my favorite place. My apartment was love at first site and it has remained immaculate the entire time. The few minor maintenance requests have always been resolved within 24 hours and the maintenance team are always thorough and pleasant. The way that the property has been kept up over the years you would think that its brand new, but I know that its all because of the pride the management team has in this building. After living here for a full year... I have nothing but amazing feedback to say!!! From the amazing front office team who guided me through the process of moving-in to answering my questions once I was a resident of the complex, they were always super kind to me! The maintenance team was also GREAT!! They always resolved any issues in a timely manner and were also very kind!! The location and amementies cannot be beat, but the staff is top tier and the real gems of the complex. 10/10 experience

The only Charlotte apartment I’ve lived in that truly deserves a 5-star review. I was at Mercury for about a year and had a great experience, starting with the office staff. Ju’Rod, Leighton, and Wendy were all amazing, and they were always on it if I ever had any (very few) issues. The building is kept well, and everything always seemed to be well maintained. Everybody I met in the community was always very kind and welcoming. I happily would have lived here longer if I wasn’t moving cross-country, and would highly recommend Mercury for anybody looking for a new home in a great location

The apartment complex is amazing. From the time I entered the lobby from the time the tour was over, Ju’Rod presented himself with excellent knowledge of the property along with a very professional attitude. He provided details about the convenience of the location and appeasing restaurants near. As soon as my lease is up I will definitely be returning. Thanks for leaving a great impression of the property.

One of the most dedicated properties in Charlotte by a mile. Wendy K. and her team at Mercury NoDa have mastered the principle of, "Bringing it Home". Mercury's staff not only works hard at taking standards to the next level, but they are fully dedicated to taking the residents with them. Mercury NoDa is built on a foundation of community, family and neighbors.
Our community regularly engages in family-friendly activities including dinners, pool-side events and game nights. Drinks on the rooftop? Been there. Gardening with neighbors? Done. Coffee and Art on an early Sunday morning? Yup!

I have been living at Mercury NODA for about a month now, and I have nothing but great things to say! The location is amazing - there are so many delicious restaurants, breweries, and bars nearby. There is plenty of secure parking, staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities are really nice. Thanks to Leighton and the rest of the time for making the move-in process go smoothly.

The apartment complex is great, but the main takeaway for me is the office staff! Of all apartments I’ve lived, these guys knocked it out of the park. Leighton is always incredibly helpful. She never reads from a script but gives you honest to advice for your specific situation. Having someone like that giving you advice is extremely helpful when dealing with questions about your lease, mail delivery, the multiple events the apartment plans, etc. Apartment location is great, so is the office staff. What more do you want? 😊

My fiancé and I went to go tour one of the units this weekend, (we looked at six different apartment buildings in total) and Leighton was not only the most knowledgeable and prompt of all the managers, she was the most friendly and inviting we've both ever experienced. It's enough to make us wanna move forward with living there!

I lived at Mercury for 2 and half years and my last review was definitely a rough transition period while the building management changed. Since then, they completely turned things around and it was an awesome place to live. The staff is amazing and they know your name and truly care about you. The ammenities are really great and it feels like a resort. The units themselves are a great size with really nice features and upgrades. The maintenance staff is really great, fast to complete all work orders, very friendly and helpful. Especially compared to other buildings I think the size and upgrades

I love the NoDa community. I love the staff even if they change from time to time, that's just how it is with properties. They are attentive to your needs and requests for the majority and are real down to earth individuals. I love that there are monthly activities here to do, even if I don't participate, the option is nice. There's always good and bad, so there was one time I got locked out of my apartment, followed the directions to call maintenance as this was an emergency, and then I was told that they can't open my apartment because they couldn't verify I lived

Like the apartment but they don't do much to look after their residents...
-When we first moved in, the apartment was dirty and the water smelled like sulfur for 2 days, the curtains were stained, and the garage key didn't work
-After New Years there was dried vomit by an entryway for 2.5 weeks
-dog poo is left in the stairwells and on the floors; though this may be the one thing that management has made a point to address
-My family rented out their guest room apartment for a visit, also had the sulfur problem with the water(to the point they couldn't shower

Incompetent management. We moved out in Sept after having lived here since the building was originally opened. I had to call corporate because the management threatened to send me to collections for something I didn't owe. We actually paid $3500 penalty to break our lease to move a mile down the road. Our move out bill they said our reason for leaving was that we bought a house which was not true. Looks like they're trying to cover up why people are leaving. We definitely left due to the poor management. We loved the community when Christine and Keenan were there but the new management
