I’ve been going to FlowCorps for about 6 months and have loved it! I reached out to them when I got pregnant to see if I could still come and they made a point of teaching me modifications and planning classes I could comfortably do. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while, but today was an especially great class, so I felt it was time to share with the world. There is a new medspa going in a couple doors down and during class, the contractors accidentally did something that messed with the electricity of the building. The music shut off and alarms flashed. After making sure it wasn’t

So happy I've found FlowCorps! I'm a self conscious plus size woman who is active but was still concerned about feeling uncomfortable or out of place in a Pilates studio. I was so happy to discover the welcoming and inclusive vibe at FlowCorps. I've never once been made to feel out of place or unwelcome to classes. All of the instructors I've taken classes with have had such great positive energy and zero judgement. I love how they accept everybody and where they are at that day, meaning if you can do the full expression great, but if you need to modify, that's great too. Even with modifications

What a fabulous workout! I was looking for something new - lower impact, but high intensity. So, I saw an ad on Instagram for FlowCorps and was intrigued. I’ve never tried Pilates in my life (except home videos). Right now I’m on a two-week trial of classes. First class:
1. The instructor, Kyle, was super friendly and also very encouraging (as a newbie, that was important because my lack of coordination could be a bit frustrating). Very fun class! I’ve never used a reformer before - but I didn’t feel intimidated!
2. I lift weights/run about 4-5 days per week. I know my trouble zone is

Today I decided to try out this studio for the first time. I’ve been looking for a new studio since I moved, and I looked carefully at all the class offerings and then texted with someone I assume is the owner? This person was very nice and gave me all the info I needed. I made an account and went into the studio to pay for a membership. When I got there, whoever was working there (I believe an instructor?) was incredibly rude (though the younger girl working the desk with curly brown hair was really nice). The instructor said I’m not allowed to walk in and sign up even though there were 4

I truly enjoy working out here! It’s funny now how during my first visit, I told myself I wouldn’t be coming back. It wasn’t because of the trainer or the studio itself, it was mostly because I struggled getting through the workout. I had to lie in supine position twice just to gather myself. I believe my body was just in shock because the workout was not at all what I was expecting. I was accustomed to mat pilates but pilates on the Xformer is serious business! Now, I’m glad I gave FlowCorps another try! Every time I leave, my mind feels clear and my body feels relaxed. I simply cannot

I have gone to a lot of different workout studios in the area but I have found a permanent home at FlowCORPS. The workouts at FlowCORP have changed my body. It is a fast paced, intense 45 minutes of Pilates that I actually look forward to. I can't say that I have ever looked forward to a workout class as much.

I was definitely intimidated the first time I took this class. I also fell off of the XFormer twice, but decided to take an intro class with the owner next time to get more acquainted with the machine. Nicole really took the time to demystify the Pilates machine and gave helpful tips on how to modify the exercises. I've happily been back every week. This is a great, low-impact, but intense workout.
