For the most concentrated instruction, or for those just getting started, private and semi-private sessions are an ideal choice to ensure individual attention and receive carefully tailored training. Private sessions will be between one instructor and one student at a time, offer the most closely guided instruction, and are the fastest way to follow through a fitness plan or achieve specific goals.
Just getting started with Pilates? We offer a rigorous, fast-paced series of courses that teach the fundamentals and establish students with the life-long knowledge necessary to become proficient in the best practices of Pilates.
In addition to improving your physical health and wellbeing through concentrated exercise, you'll get to work with dedicated trainers while doing it, and additionally meet new like-minded people as you advance on to group classes, or hone in on private or semi-private sessions with specific fitness goals in mind.Session One: New students will begin with a comprehensive sixty-minute assessment and individual fitness evaluation.

Pilates The Form now offers both Pilates Mat and Pilates Apparatus instructor certification courses in the Raleigh area. We provide you with the tools to become a knowledgeable and effective Pilates Instructor that can teach worldwide. Our rigorous instruction not only teaches you how to teach, but you'll see first-hand how we challenge our clients and tailor their individual routines regardless of age, fitness level, or health.

I joined Pilates the Form last year and I love it! Roxann works with you to establish the correct form and then helps you achieve your goals. My core strength has greatly improved and I can see muscle definition happening. Its a small class environment and Roxann gives you individual attention and assistance. She is able to come up with modifications if you have any health issues. After my hour in class is over, I feel as if I've had a solid workout and some fun along the way....did I mention her great sense of humor? This is in no way a cookie cutter studio. You are treated as an individual and

I have taken Pilates for years but Roxanne has brought my practice to a new level. She cares that I understand exactly what I am doing and sticks with me until it clicks. Her classes are designed for each of her students individually and are not just group fitness! It is truly the best workout I have ever done and the results are amazing!!!!!!

My experience with Roxann has truly been life changing. I was referred to her by a friend after I was involved in a motorcycle accident that injured my back. Her personalized approach and private sessions have allowed me to build my core strength thereby making me stronger and healthier than I have been in years. I love the classes and Roxann is such a wonderful teacher and I recommend anyone that experiences pain to meet with her and give Pilates a try.

I did a bunch of research and visited a bunch of different Pilates studios before I settled on Roxanne. The attention to detail she gives is stellar. I have a lot of issues from my triathlon training and she really takes the time to listen to my problems and address them in class. I’m sad it took me so long to find her! I’m a believer in Pilates and love this studio and will be going for a long time to come! I enjoyed starting with private lessons when I started because I learned a lot. I still continue with private and semi private lessons. Great studio and even better instructor!
