Stop lying in your reviews richelle the management is awful. Property full of Roaches, it's very unsanitary around here.
Richelle needs to be fired. i know personally this woman is not professional will tell the complex your business and give your personal documents To anyone to submit. I don't feel comfortable having a manager over me who will give my information to anyone to take to the SHRA building why is this woman still working in management she knows nothing about privacy laws.
I witness her in her true form november 18th between the hours 5-6pm she went crazy on one of her Teanants who

Richelle is very Unprofessional, and will give out your SHRA Tenant Code, and social security Numbers to other Tenants instead of submitting the forms herself. This Manager is not to be Trusted at all. The Complex is full of Roaches, the sidewalks and area is constantly unsanitary. she shows Favortism and gossips with all of her Tenants. please fire this woman and hire someone more responsible, and professional. She is not to be trusted and i refuse to pay rent somewhere where a overweight woman is keeping up mess instead of doing her JOB.

Apartments are quiet. Close to many stores many choices of food to choose from. Units are perfect size and clean inside and out. They help with there residents with any problems to the best of there ability. Manager is very sweet and extremely helpful. Pool and Media center for the kids to stay busy during the day. Altogether these are good apartments if your looking for a laid back environment, good neighbors, with many activities to do within the area.

You get what you pay for...actually, you don't even get that. The State of California requires landlords to provide a habitable environment in exchange for a tenant paying rent. Ethan Terrace does not even do that. Total slumlords running the show.
Update: Moved out of this place. Was told by the manager that, due to all the problems we had experienced, I could break lease early and free of charge. This was only after my girlfriend was sexually harassed in the parking lot and followed to the apartment, a homicide occurred a few apartments down, and after their UNLICENSED maintenance people

I got my daughter an apt. there and had a problem with her roommate and the manager helped me with the problem. she is one of the best and very polite , funny and will bend over backwards to help in any way she can. shes always in a good mood and keeps the complex looking nice and treats everyone with respect.
