The property management company is absolutely wonderful! Not enough superlatives. On the rare occasion that anything needed to be done, it was taken care of the same day. The floor plans are fantastic, insane closet space! The amenities make it a really special place to live. The movie theatre room was my personal favorite. I lived here for four years, and had planned to stay longer.

MUST SEE THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY
When I tell you that this is the most beautiful community in Birmingham, I seriously mean it. Not only is it breathtakingly beautiful, but every member of their team is so genuine and makes you feel at home, the minute you walk through their doors. A decorator by profession, of course I notice every minute little detail and this property is immaculate! The community has a resort and coastal look, which I love, with two buildings. One building wraps around a gorgeous pool in the center and the other wraps around a Zen Garden. Both are beyond exquisite and far superior

Beautiful apartments and friendly staff BUT VERY VERY noisy. Do not expect to get a full night’s rest here. Loud fights, intoxicated people screaming at 3 am on multiple occasions resulting in several ambulances and police cars showing up. loud muscle cars, cops called, cars being broken into, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, a woman with feral rescue dogs that yipp and bark at everything and everyone imaginable at all hours of the day. Not to mention neighbors playing music at full volume. You will DEFINITELY come to hate your neighbors when you live here... also I LITERALLY

It is not a bad apartment, but if you are trying to live here, there are 2 things to consider.
1. It has "20 times" slower Internet(at same cost) compared to other apartments around there such as "Vestavia Reserve" and "4700 Collonnade". This is because this apartment is still working on Fiber, but do not know when will be done. So If you work from home , please find out if the Fiber is installed, before you make a contract.
2. Package delivery is painful. It is not their fault at all, but you could have a lot of trouble with packages especially from Amazon

My husband and I moved to Birmingham from Raleigh, NC. We made the decision to live in the Parc at Grandview Apartments to give us time to learn the area and search for a house. It has been such a wonderful experience! Keyana and the management team have treated us like family from day one. We’ve gotten personal birthday messages and even help finding covid vaccinations. They’ve gone above and beyond to take care of our every need. If you’re looking for a well managed, friendly community, this would be a sure bet!

This is a great place to live. The property is located in a great location with access to everything you need. The staff are amazing, responsive, and care about their residents. Living here going on three years has been wonderful. If your looking for a luxury apartment close to everything and for a fair price, look no further this is the place.

I lived at he Parc at Grandview for just about 2 years before I eventually bought a house and the only reason I left the Parc at Grandview. The Staff was friendly, very helpful and quick to provide maintenance if needed. PAG also provided excellent communication about things going on in the complex as well as kept everyone in tune to community spaces and the availability. When I would get home from work, it was nice to walk into a very good looking complex from the outside as well as a very clean complex on the inside. The apartments are gated as well to provide extra security from the parking

My husband and I lived here for 2 years before we moved to Ohio due to job transfer. I absolutely miss living here. The staff is great and we have never had any major problems. Out of the 2 years of us living there I’ve only had to call maintenance twice and that was just to replace light bulbs on the high ceilings we had. The neighbors are friendly as well and I’ve never had any problems with parking. Also, the package concierge was a great add on to the apartment complex. It’s possible that we are moving back to Birmingham in a few months and this is were we plan to come back to.
