Now day they got third party billing company call ( Conservice ) and start having problem with water usage. and it all over. I did complain seen last 3 month. But you don't get proper answer from No where. If you call Conservice they saying we Just do Billing, and we got number from Management, and when you go to Management and tell them they saying we do not know about this. So If planing to rent place here.. please look around in area before you got Trap here. Because here is if your usage less gallon water your bill $65 dollar and other is Extra like common area charge and all other add on after

I just renew lease and when I went to give them payment, told me that they dont accept the personal check anymore. I have pay online with what ever fee they charge or make Payment at via Money Gram at their location or Money Gram website. So we pay the fee for payment any how. If you go Money Gram you pay the fee and Pay online and pay fee plus rent, any how they wanna extra money from Tenant. How ever they can get they just wanna. Specially in this Covid-19 Pandamic they just getting greedy. suddenly one morning wake up and saying no more payment with Personal check. without any reason.

We rented an apartment here for the duration of our house build. We researched the area, and this was our first choice. What a nice place to live! The office staff have been so kind, and freely answered our questions. The 9ne or two maintenance issues were met very promptly, and by courteous and helpful staff. The grounds are kept clean, ad its quiet living here. We would recommend this apartment complex very highly!

My family and I have lived here for three years and loved it. The apartments are large and very up-to-date design, with full sized washer/dryers. The location is quiet and there is extra parking on the street, which always comes in handy. Katie is a excellent manager, she has great customer service and she always takes care of our concerns. The sheriff and Mesa police usually use this area to await their calls and makes it feel safer since they patrol a lot in the area. Megan is always helpful, if ever there is a time Katie is unavailable. The grounds are well kept, the pool has a nice barbecue

This complex is very nice but the lighting could be better in the alcoves and there isn't enough handicap parking, plus the people who park there do not have any placard or license plate to signify that they are indeed handicapped. My brother who is handicapped can never find a vacant handicap stall. Security needs to check these people who are taking up these valuable parking areas.

I spent a couple years of my early childhood here! The staff are really nice! It had gates with passcodes on them so your pets and kids will be safe. There is a gym, a sauna, a place that you could rent for parties (my seventh birthday party was a blast. And so was my little sister's baby shower!) They have a pool, a hot tub, They through parties there (as I can recall, they were family friendly) I loved standing out on the patio learning how to hula hoop, blow bubbles, say hi to the neighbors, and more! I remember taking my dog out for walks, and playing in the sprinklers. The buildings are pretty

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! I have recently had to move out of state otherwise I would still be living here. I got the pleasure of living here for a little over 2 and a half years and it was amazing. Full size washer and dryer in the unit, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms! A beautiful balcony, it was all just so awesome. Only thing I wish they had was a bit more storage space as that was lacking a bit but we made it work. Never had any real big issues and anything that needed little fixes they got it done so fast and the maintenance guys were honestly just super

Highly recommend Superstition Canyon Apartments. I've lived here for just shy of 2 years. The folks in the leasing office are terrific, as are all the maintenance staff. They answer my questions and handle the occasional issue on a prompt basis. While no apartment complex is immune from noise issues, Sup. Canyon is fairly peaceful, entry and exit points are convenient, and unlike some apartment complexes, they do a good job of keeping the gates in good shape. The only thing that prevents a 5 star rating is cost but that is NOT unique to Superstition Canyon--unfortunately all apartment complexes

I've lived here for over 5 years. It's a great place to live. The front office staff are always helpful (Dustin, Meghan, & Katie)
The grounds are always kept tidy. There is a gym, pool, & hot tub. They recently redid the pool area with new furniture, and it looks more modern! There are gas & charcoal grills, a dog park, and basketball hoops.
This place is super close to the 202 & the 60. 25 minute drive to Scottsdale with no traffic, and honestly out this far east there isn't much!
There is also a package pickup locker area, which had made getting your packages anytime of day possible, such
