Wow! I actually got a, I guess, solicitation letter in the mail from Lauren's firm after I got a nard of a speeding ticket. Usually I throw those away but I called her, despite uh, how do I say this, having VERY LITTLE hope of getting out of the speeding ticket in any way. Covid had cases REALLY delayed so I was worried at first that nothing was happening and definitely bugged Lauren for updates many, many times. Got a lawyer here for a speeding ticket and nobody reached out to me before or after the ticket. I am now paying a $105 collections bill because I was not made aware of any court or ticket fees after the court date. No email, call, or text, I didn’t even have a number or email to reach out to my lawyer for the case.

I was referred to Emerald City by a friend when my Fiance' was pulled over while driving my truck for one thing yet received a ticket for a different infraction which would go on his record as a moving violation. The Emerald City team managed to have the ticket dismissed.
A month later in the same truck, I was pulled over for driving with the same lights (colored) so I called Emerald City and they got the violation dismissed.
I would HIGHLY recommend using the team at Emerald City Law as everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and very transparent. I hope to not get any more in any time

I've used Emerald City Law twice now to handle moving violations. They were able to reduce the first to a non-moving violation and get the second completely dismissed. Driving a fast car, this is the price of doing business - but they make it affordable and reliable to keep my driving record clean! Excellent follow through and customer service as well.

Received an unsolicited letter from Emerald City Law Group about my ticket. Who sold my info to them? Either someone at USPS or someone at the Seattle Municipal Court. But either way, know that I will never give you a penny of my money. Stop sending unsolicited mail you scammers! So these con artist try to convince me that they fulfill their duty because I don't have a mark on my driving record. This included getting me to take a four hour course online that I had to pay $50 for, and then an additional $10 or something like that to get my certificate electronically sent to me. Seriously people,John Patrick Michael Stone 206-399-6139. Sure I don't have a mark on my driving record, but they still let the city extort $139 out of me plus $3.36 convenience fee to pay online.

Great experience with Emerald City Law Group. This was my ticket experience and had no idea how to handle it. Mila was very nice and walked me through the process. After the initial phone call there wasn't much interaction. I had to contact them a couple times inquiring about the status. I would have liked ECLG to take the initiative and keep me in the loop with how my case was going.
In the end, my ticket got dismissed and I am thankful for that :)

If you're reading this review in searching for a law service for your speeding ticket. I highly recommended this place. I've called around multiple places and I was sold when I spoke with Emerald City Law Group because Mila told me that if my ticket didn't get dismissed or reduced to non moving violation, I would be getting a FULL REFUND. And I was sold! Mile ensured me to relax and let her do her job and it will be a process but she will let me know. Today I got a call from her and told me it was completely dismissed.

They were great to work with. I was late and had already missed my date to contest my (ridiculous, but I digress.. more on that....) ticket. They were able to keep it off of my record as a moving violation and reminded me to do the things I needed to do. Stryder was great, and so was Mila. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but I certainly will if need be!

I had a car accident and was given a ticket. I contacted Emerald City Law to make sure the points didn't hit my license. After 6 months, they got it down to a non-moving violation. The problem is they didn't inform me that I would still get points on my license for having the accident. They just took the money so I ended up being an extra $250 out of pocket, and my insurance premium still went up. The points stay on 3 years for an accident.) Thanks for your lack of advice, ECL!

I got referred by my friend to work with Freddy and Alexandra from Emerald City Law Group. It was easy and everything pretty straight forward, they would answer my calls any time i had any question and explain everything i was needed. I had 2 traffic tickets they they got dismissed for me. I retained them, they didn't take *any* information from me, wasted months when they didn't return phone calls, had to be badgered into sending mail, had me take some online driving course for an additional fee, lost the fact that they'd done so, asked me to do it again, and ultimately did nothing to help with the ticket. Not a surprise, since they'd collected no information from me.

I received a moving violation for speeding on April 12. I had recently received a mailed advertisement from Emerald City Law Group, which I had saved, so I contacted them. Brandi and Freddy handled my intake efficiently, and told me exactly what to expect (either a reduction to a non-moving violation or a complete dismissal, or my money back.) After signing the agreement and sending in payment and a copy of the ticket, they did everything else. A court date was scheduled and they appeared on my behalf.
They were able to get the fine reduced and the speeding ticket changed to a non-moving violation. With the cost of their fees, that ended up costing a bit more than the original ticket, but not missing a day of work and keeping my insurance rates low will make it worthwhile.

I had a great experience with Emerald City Law Group. I am a student at a University, so my time and financial resources are very limited. It was great just having to scan and email the ticket; I didn't even need to meet in person, or show up to court. The paralegal that was working on my case, conducted herself in a very professional and courteous manner, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
By the end of it, my potential moving violation was reduced to a non-moving, so my record stays clean. And the total fine amount was reduced substantially, plus no increased insurance rates.

I contacted Emerald City Law Group when I received a speeding ticket. I had never gotten one before (in the 13+ years of driving) and really didn't want to have to deal with higher insurance premiums.
I worked with them via email, which made the entire process easier. They handled everything, I didn't have to even go into court.
In the end they were able to keep the ticket off my record which is exactly what I wanted.

My husband and I have been using Emerald City Law Group for a couple years now with 100% success. All of our speeding tickets have been dropped. They got my traffic violation (failure to make a full & complete stop) reduced to a non-moving violation with fees. So no dings on our record that will affect our insurance!
