Top notch apartments. I lived here for an entire year and loved every second of it. Maintenance guys are exceptional and I can’t say enough great things about Elise! Ridge Park is definitely one of those diamond in the rough apartment complexes. Trust me, there is a reason for the waiting list! Miss them so much and very well may return in the future!

Living here was okay.
I loved the view and the office people are good, WHEN THEYRE NOT CONSTANTLY CHANGING, I live here for almost two years and any issue we had took FOREVER to resolve. The apts were not very well insulated and the windows almost always had condensation or water puddles when it was raining.
The sliding glass door got stuck multiple times and we had to take it off it’s hinges to get back into our apartment.
The screen door would never stay on and blew away during a bad storm
Mostly the issue I had is when we moved out.
They never got in contact with us again about any refundable

Our Apartment Home at Ridge Park Apartment Homes, Is a great Place to Live. Ridge Park is a great place to call Home. I Love the Quiet Surrounding, and the way the Lights come on at night to help Illuminate the Cool laid back atmosphere here. They have a great Group of people who work in Management, and Maintenance. They take care of Our Needs , and in a Timely Manner. Management, and Maintenance is Kind, Understanding, Friendly, Caring, Helpful and always there to offer a Helping hand to be sure and take care of Our Needs. We Love that they have Enhanced their Safety Precautions to help teach

This place is great! Modern appliances, with a washer and dryer included. Storage space is also plentiful. Overall, the apartments have a great layout, are well-maintained, and are situated in a nice part of town.
But what really makes or breaks an apartment is management. Fortunately, Ridge Park has no problems in that department. Brielle, the manager as of this writing, was always friendly and helpful, and is very good about giving advance notice of potential disturbances such as inspections or noisy grounds-keeping work. The one time I needed maintenance done, the repair man fixed the issue

We have lived at Ridge Park for a couple of years now and have loved every minute of it! Both management and maintenance are very responsive and will jump right in to fix any issue that arise. The complex is always quite and very clean, and the other tenants are all pleasant as well. I just can't express enough how amazing it has been living here! Thanks Ridge Park team for all you do!

I moved in about a month ago and love it. I'm in a 2 bed townhouse with a great view of the pond. They were great about offering a short term lease and the office staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The best thing is how quiet the apartment is! I either have the quietest neighbors in the world or very well insulated walls! Parking lot is newly paved and the pool surround was just rebuilt. You can tell they take good care of the property.
