An astounding level of incompetence coupled with an absolute unwillingness to help.
As the seller I knew I was in trouble when this firm sent me all the buyers documents to fill out...twice. I was further concerned, I must admit, when they canceled the wire transfer after closing blaming some improper wording...wording they had provided. Their legal review could not determine the difference between a Trust and an Estate.
But I really knew I was in trouble when they admitted that although they caused all the confusion they refused to lift a finger to help with anything. And to top it off their
