As a first time homebuyer - my wife and I were worried about all of the forms, things to sign, and contracts going in to buying a house for the first time. Broadview made everything so simple. Sherrie was responsive, helpful, and available when we had questions about what we were signing. At closing, John had an impeccable manner and did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. My husband and I purchased our first home this month and the professionalism that Broadview Title displayed was extraordinary. Even during the time of COVID-19, the process was a breeze, using a portal to upload our documents and see the progress of our application. We were the seller for a house with Broadview Title as the title company.. We pre-signed settlement documents for the loan and then had a delay of about a month. Broadview title made changes to the settlement documents (ALTA) and closed the loan without providing us with the updated numbers. There was an error in the documents which we notified them of within 1 hour of finally receiving the ALTA. They closed the loan with the error and have not been helpful in resolving the issue and have stated that we will have to revolve it ourselves.
