I have seen such growth in him, especially with his focus and attention. He just turned 6 so he still tends to be all over the place, but I have absolutely loved watching his progress! Seeing his respect and admiration for Master Chung has really made my heart happy! Master Chung, Mr. Evan, and Mrs. Chung have been so kind and patient with him!

I was an eventual third degree blackbelt under Master Chung and Master Matt and took classes from 2008ish-2016ish, when I was 5-13. The other day I thought I saw Master Chung at the place I work in Bel Air, but we were busy and I just didn't have the time to talk and just wasn't positive. So I came home and pulled up the website and sure enough on the first hill page I've got my medal on and my hand raised a little less than a decade ago. These 2 men made me who I am today. I've used Taekwondo to write so many school essays it's actually unbelievable. Seriously, I wrote my honors college admission

Growing up my brother and I went to Master Chung’s classes for many years. Master Chung is a great man and teacher. He didn’t just teach me how to defend myself through martial arts, he also taught me values that I’ll always cherish, like respect & discipline. I remember when I was young my parents would say “wait till Master Chung hears about this” when I would misbehave. The thought of disappointing him alone would set me straight. One of the best male role models I had growing up without a doubt. Hopefully one day you’ll see this because you deserve the appreciation. Thank you again

My two kids have been going here for 7 months now , they are obsessed. It’s never a fight to get them to come to class, they love it and they love Master Chung and Instructor Evan. They both are very diligent with the kids and make sure to answer any and all questions. They go the extra mile to make sure the kids are having fun! The camps they have on holidays when there’s no school are also amazing!

What a great place to learn Martial Arts! We had inquired about Martial Arts at a few different providers in the area and the only one that seemed to be a "good fit" for our family was Chung's. They are incredibly friendly; are very flexible with how they take payments (We preferred to pay each month in advance instead of weekly) and offer many scheduling choices to work around most anyone's schedule. Our daughter likes it so much that now two of her friends have joined as well. We love family days where mom and/or dad can join in for the class. Highly recommend!

Master Chung is an amazing and dedicated instructor with a staff that embodies his principles of discipline and respect.
Through their training, our children have not only increased in strength and flexibility, but have also gained a greater degree in confidence.

I have had one kid enrolled here for over a year and recently added a second because she was so intrigued by what her brother was doing. The staff here really cares about each student and gets to know each of them personally very quickly. With the pandemic, they began to offer Zoom classes for kids to participate virtually and they have worked out better than I could have ever anticipated. We have kept our kids virtual even until now and we have seen their skills and discipline improve as a result. Chung’s Martial Arts has made a huge impact in my daughter’s lives, especially my oldest. She has always been shy and worries a lot. Since starting Taekwondo, she is so much more confident and is excited to go to class. Master Chung and Instructor Evan are wonderful. They are supportive and clearly care about every one of their students.
