I moved in with my husband a few months ago when they were having a deal. They sent the lease agreement paperworks that we had to sign in order for us to get the room, I got them in my email but my husband didn’t. So obviously I had to ask them if I was the only one who had to sign but apparently they were sending it to a one letter off email address my husband provided. It’s whatever I understand that we make mistakes. However, we didn’t get the deal because they did not send the lease agreement to the correct email address. I asked one of the leasing managers if we still get the deal since

A dog on the floor, that my neighbor has is howling all day and the resident of the room (the owner of a dog) doesn’t do anything about it. I am pretty sure the leasing managers are aware. However, they won’t do anything. Not very good management as well. I am not sure if they are working or just sitting. I would give a 0 star to the management, but the location, surroundings are not so bad. Rent is reasonable, pets live free and there’s plus things as well. But not the management. If you want the management to work better, this is not the place for you.

Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team is wonderful, their maintenance guys are amazing, and the apartments are beautiful. I have a rowdy pup and while we’ve been having him go through obedience training they have all been so kind about it. No pet fee, great staff, nice neighbors! There’s absolutely nothing I would change or could complain about.

Latitude 41 is a great place to live!
the floor plan we use is spacious and great for accommodating our family of 4 (doggo included). I feel safe with my family living here with the smart home tech installed as well.
office and maintenance staff are always so nice and friendly, courteous and helpful with any problems you have. I have never lived in a community where staff makes such a great effort to engage their tenants before, but staff organizes small events to encourage that community feeling and it is really refreshing!
This is an extremely pet friendly place! there is a dog park on site

Fantastic customer service and beautiful units. I recently found these awesome apartments that were near the area I was looking for and in my price range. Leona Helped me through the application process and the tour of the complex. She is extremely helpful and very patient with you. She will answer any questions politely and is very knowledgable. I am looking forward to living here and am certain I will have no problems during my lease. Very professional and 100% recommend these to anyone who is interested!
