We have had such a great experience living here. This is the first place we found before moving to Nebraska, and we are so grateful for it. Staff is incredibly friendly, maintenance is on point, love the access to dog parks, and the playground. They host so many events for the tenants and pets. Makes you feel welcomed and seen. Have yet to feel unsafe in the area and haven’t had issues with any of the bad weather. Given our personal experience so far. Highly recommend!

I lived here for two years and we didn’t have any issues until the management changed the second year. The ladies who work in the office are rude and act like you’re bothering them when with a simple question.
My biggest issue was the maintenance guy went into our apartment without any notice whatsoever when we weren’t even home and then we noticed several things came up missing! First off that’s illegal they need to give at least 24 hour notice if they are entering someone’s home but yet we got nothing. When I complained to management they did nothing but give me Lund’s phone number

I don't know why people have negative reviews on the place. I saw one about someone's truck being broken into, what does that have to do with the staff??? Stop leaving stuff in your truck.
Anyways, this place has been awesome, from the garages, huge dog parks, dog friendly, well maintained grounds, and overall really quite. I love the views of the horse ranch next door and all the military residents. This place is great. The online system to pay rent is breeze and the mail room is also a life saver. We are happy and plan on staying for a couple year. Thank you Landings and staff!

This place is a dump. The newer apartments on the side look ok but for the price it’s not worth it to live here. Rats running around by the over filled garbage cans and ice on the ground everywhere. I fell once and reported it to management and they told me “we always salt the whole apartment complex when it snows”. On top of all this stuff my car got broken into last year and at least twice a week I see some shady characters walking around. My advice look elsewhere for an apartment or you will be sure to regret it!

Got charged of a late fee $75 + $5/day. I have been living here for 11 months now, and suddenly, while I was in the process of moving to a bigger apartment with my roommates. We received a note saying that we had a late payment for rent. I had my account set up for automatic payment every 1st of the month. For some reason, 5/1/2020 payment didn’t go through. Called my bank, said they had no issues on their end. The Landings didn’t even try to take away the late charge fee of $85 since they can’t admit that it’s their system/website’s fault due to use moving to new apartment soon.

I lived here for 8 months. It was probably the best place I've lived as far as apartments go. Nice, safe location and it has a small dog park which is nice if you have a dog, especially in winter. We only ever had one maintenance issue with the shower and it was fixed promptly. They gave us access to another vacant unit for shower in the meantime. Be aware that they will overcharge you for carpet cleaning when you move out but you'll find that with any apartment.

I loved living here, the apartments are super nice. Maintenance and management were always on top of everything. The pool is beautiful, easy system
to pick up packages outside of office hours, 24 hour gym. The hard wood floors are so pretty! Washer and dryer in unit. HUGE bathroom and walk in closets. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.

Not worth it, they denied my spouse and I (our credit is not bad by the way!!). Were told we would need someone else to sign that makes 6x the rent.. who the hell makes that much. I never heard of anything like this, most apartments accept everyone. We ended up finding a place the next day that accepted us that same week with no problems. My friend, who was thinking of changing to month to month after their lease was up, was expected to pay 2x their rent, PER MONTH. All because my friend wanted to switch to a month to month?? That is crazy... just something for you guys to think about before moving
