If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is the worst I have ever dealt with, they will HARASS YOU, they’re rude, don’t care about you, don’t listen and like to scam. I moved out, paid all of my rent on time & went out of my way to make sure they couldn’t scam anymore money out of me and they still sent it to collections after it’s been paid. Do not live here.

My husband and I have been here for three months. He’s with the Air Force and this apartment complex has been nothing but a blessing to us both. They respond to every call and if they don’t at the moment, they call back ASAP. Work orders get done incredibly fast as well. So far we have nothing but great things to say about the Vue apartments!

TheVue is one of the best places I’ve lived. Every time we have contacted management or put in a work order they have been very great and things were done in a timely manner. The area is great and the apartments are nice and a nice pool.;) It is close to many food places and some shopping centers. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to live

Moved here in January from out of state. The staff made move-in so easy and stress free! Property is kept clean and the units are a decent size. Location is great, close to shopping and many restaurants. The only complaint is the playground, it's not toddler friendly. Please consider adding some smaller play pieces for the little kids.

I got stationed at Offut Air Force Base three months ago and moved here with my wife. The faces at the vue office were the first ones we had seen on the day we arrived to Nebraska. They were very sweet and helpful and have continued to do so ever since. We thank you guys for everything you’ve done to make this young couple feel safe, secure and happy :)

I just moved into The Vue apartments back in March. I don’t think I could’ve imagined a better place for a first apartment. I did a lot of searching before renting an apartment and The Vue was about the only complex that fit my very specific wants and needs (dish washer, washer/dryer in unit, pet-friendly). I wanted a place in the Papillion, Bellevue, La Vista area at an affordable price (while maintaining acceptable quality) as a young adult and full-time student which is hard to find, but The Vue was an exception!

These apartments are very nice and taken care of. The office staff works every day and are always available whenever we have an issue. We haven't had any issues so far and have been living here almost 2 years. The pool is our favorite place to be in the summer. Complex is always kept nice and clean by the maintenance.

What don’t I recommend about The Vue at Bellevue? Simple. Terrible staff. Terrible quality apartments. I never take the time to write negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel compelled to. They leased our apartment to another resident the day before we were supposed to move in! Then, on move in day, nobody showed up to… give us the keys. They had a few other appointments scheduled and ended up no showing them too! No courtesy calls or staff sent to fill in- unacceptable. Well, since move in, I haven’t had a full nights sleep and I’m not alone

I don't really have anything bad to say about the office staff but the apartments themselves could really use an overhaul! Carpet is complete crap and has been since the day we moved in. AC kept breaking, parking is AWFUL, neighbors steal your packages, dogs are annoying etc. My advice would probably be to look elsewhere for a place to live

Lived here for three years. Only gotten worse, insecure doors that can be opened with no key, maintenance often tells me they'll show up only for nothing. Parking is terrible, four out of seven days we are parking down the street. Not all dogs are allowed, plus they ask for papers from the vet for dogs and there's no covered parking.And to make it better, whenever we speak to management they simply smile and apologize instead of trying to fix any of it. Yet, the rent prices continue to climb.
