If you do not opt in, you will be required to pay a security deposit within 72 hours of application approval or at time of move in, whichever occurs earlier.

Process to apply is quick and easy. Front office staff are absolutely fantastic. Minor issues here and there plumbing wise but always timely to fix. Parking at night is an issue but something that can be overlooked with the great price and cozy feeling the apartments give. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for an apartment!

I dont advice anyone to rent over here the service is very bad and the office manger is so rude he's always threatening to make us pay extra payments thats not on the contract and hes way in speaking is very bad and unprofessional

Helped me get into an apartment fast. They really worked with me on a tight schedule. Very clean and nice area. The onsite office staff where very helpful and Sarah made sure everything was taken care of for me and answered any questions I had.

I lived there for 7 months and we constantly had issues with outlets, toilets, and other miner things. They would come fix things when asked, but it was a constant issue. Then, when I moved out, they said my final payment would be mailed. I received the bill and paid it. I never received anything else, except a utility payment, which I had already paid. Then, I recently got mail stating I owed $771 from a credit bureau. It stated that I hadn't paid anything. I never received anything stating I owed them nor did they tell me when I left that I owed anything. I figured they just were going to keep

Lived in two different apts. and both had problem after problem. They decided after we signed a contract that all we paid was electric and rent only, to charge us with water, gas and trash as well. Our second apt. had a broken shot glass in the disposal, which cut me as i was doing dishes my first day there. All they said was sorry. Also they come into your apt. without consent and do an inspection on all rooms. There are just so many things that are not right and/or illegal actions being done daily with this management team. It's taken them 2 months to correct an overpayment on rent, even thought

Worst apartments ever and management sucks. Moved in and all we had is bad linking in bathroom. Complained about it and no one came to fix it, I had to yell at them to in older to get help. Also the other worst experience I had with them was waking up and my cars and our neighbors cars were towed, had to pay 250 for each car to get them back and management didn't even care, all they said was it's our responsibility. Worst place to live at EVER!!!! Please if save yourself the headaches and don't ever move to these apartments!!!

Horrible all we have is water leaking problems , my spouse whole apt was flooded and they refuse to do any work to the ceiling dry wall untill we contacted an inspector and the direct management to actually start to try to help us . Inspector sttd there may be mold or fungis in the walls from previous leaks we had rats and rat dropping everywhere and all they did was set out food for rats to nibble on to see if there was proof of rats ,
I will keep posted what inspector says are in the walls
