JUST HORRIBLE GREEDY SELFISH MANAGEMENT THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOURE WELL BEING. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THEM BUT THEY WONT TAKE CARE OF YOU. KEEP INCREASING RENT ETC. DONT ABIDE THIER OWN LEASE.JUST REALLY DISRESPECTFUL LEECHES.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT! Bugs even though you pay for exterminators, wifi is horrible. Can't opt out of paying for it even when you have your own. MANAGEMENT IS A NIGHTMARE. they lose your checks, charge you extra for it. Just a trash place imo.

My apartment has roaches. Dont let them fool you with the pictures... I dont have a microwave. Everything smells really musty. I also think they are raising the rent. Again roaches.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now and I find it quite comfortable. Maintenance is fast with it, the only complaints I have are that I can here everything my neighbors do no matter what room I’m in, the WiFi can be slow at times, and I’ve seen the cops called on the same neighbors many times now, other than that it’s pretty nice. Oh I also forgot laundry here sucks, the dryer in my unit has been broken since I got here.

This experience is horrible. Promises are not keep , rent is raised. How can people treat people like this. Real, real close to losing my patience. I expect money back for my car wash after stupid lawn care company got grass all over the front end of my car . they advertise laundry facilities. Such a lie. This cannot any longer be allowed.

Birchcrest apartments is one of the most terrible place to ever live in Bellevue. They don’t enforce there rules like this place is supposed to be a NO SMOKE FREE AREA but there’s tons of people smoking. And the washers and dryers aren’t that great if I say so myself. And the neighbors that live here are so loud and have no respect for others. And second of all let’s talk about the WIFI. The WiFi is terrible! Why make it public at least put a password on the WiFi becuase the WiFi is so slow. Please make this a “better place to live in”... Thank You

Whenever I need anything done in the way of maintenance, my request is answered promptly and dealt with. The sidewalks are cleared of snow and ice as soon as possible after a storm.

I'm still here because the rent is right but promises to make things better by each management company that has come through in the last 3 years is getting ridiculous because they do absolutely nothing.

It's a nice apartment but you can hear everything from people walking up and down the steps, the floors creak loud from the people that lives upstairs and neighbors arguing. It's suppose to be a non-smoking place but there's cigarette smells that lingers threw the vents.
