I moved into Faraday Park in Sep/2021 and I couldn't be happier with the place. The apartments have a great contemporary design, brand new and the location is superb. The management and staff are fantastic and accommodating. Johann, Tyler, Yousef, Hector and others have all been friendly, polite, efficient, and very helpful. The other reviews here are spot on about how great this building is. I'd also like to add that the garage parking is above ground and very spacious compared to underground garages I have been to before. Faraday Park is a great place to live and I am very happy with my decision

I'm very happy with my choice to move in to Faraday Park. The apartments are beautiful, functional and brand new. While Reston has many great apartment leasing options, I was really sold by the professionalism and friendliness of the leasing team and the concierge staff. Tyler, Johann, April, Hector, Usef, & Juan and others whose names I do not yet know, really care about their tenants and help with absolutely any request, no matter how trivial.

Had a tour of the place led by Johann, and the experience was fantastic! Johann is one of the best leasing consultants I have ever worked with because of how efficient, polite, and informative he was in showcasing the apartments. I toured the place twice with Johann, and the level of detail he knew about the layouts I was interested in really made a difference. I can't wait to be a future resident at Faraday Park - Thank you!

Hi, we just moved last month. Due to COVID-19, we could not check the property physically before booking. However, the representatives were quite efficient to show it in a zoom call and resolved all our queries. After coming here, the paperwork was quite straight forward and It's an awesome place to stay. Everything is brand-new and the location is also superb.

My wife and I (with dog, Pretzel) moved into Faraday Park in mid-07/2021. We have been consistently impressed by the front-office staff, especially Johann (who convinced us to lease) and Leasing Manager Tyler. We have found the staff to be friendly, polite, efficient, and very helpful for all sorts of questions from our moving in day (with special help from General Manager Lorin) to the day-to-day receipt of mail and packages. The maintenance staff, led by Service Manager Ronald, has helped with installations of lights, towel bars, and shower heads. I have been impressed with the evening concierge

First, let's start with the community. It is brand new. It is also nicely tucked away off the main road, but yet within a short walking distance to a bike/walk path; NVCC (Reston); the post office; Metro; and a short drive to the Reston Town Center.
What struck me most about the community is how clean it is, especially the units themselves. That would seem obvious as it is brand new. However, that is not always the case.

My boyfriend recently got a job at Microsoft so we moved from California to here. Everyone at Faraday has been so friendly and helpful throughout this whole move! When we moved in they even gave us a small welcome home gifts like shampoo, dish soap, some snacks as well as a hand written card! Everyone has been really accommodating and going above and beyond. Even things like paint jobs or door hinges being loose are a quick fix through the app that they provide. Tyler and Johann have been super helpful and we're so excited to begin our new lives here at Faraday Park.
