Recently received correspondence from Bozzuto’s lawyer. Their sentiments seem to have been hurt by our honest statements regarding the atrocious mistreatment me and my elderly mom received from their dishonest employee(s) and tenant(s) amidst the pandemic. We never signed any document in 2021, not with Bozzuto nor with upstairs neighbor. No response from the attorney regarding our request for more information.

I am warning anyone who is even thinking of moving in this apartment building. DO NOT stop here! We have had ongoing issues since day one. The most revolting and exasperating are these; the place was dirty the walls above the stove and kitchen area were greasy and dirty, there was mold in the bathtub, the bottom of the shower door was falling off, the clothes closet rack fell down and it took a couple calls to get someone from maintenance. The air/heat unit return vent and filter were disgusting, it was obvious that the system was never vacuumed, I know of a tenant who's small child developed a

I’ve been a resident of Aperture for over a year now. Having moved from out of state, in the middle of the pandemic, I wasn’t able to view the property in person or get a sense for the surrounding area, but a major plus was it’s location right across the street from the metro station. When I arrived I was impressed by the size of the property, and pleased with the amenities and overall condition of the place. Now there will always be cons to apartment living. No matter where, no matter the size of the building, apartment living will always come with some caveats. What I think is a major highlight

I would give 0 star if I have the option. We applied and signed lease in July, and will move in late Aug, all the paperwork and utilities are sorted out. But 10 days before our move in date, they told me this unit is leased to someone else and we have to transfer or find other apartment. I was told there were some errors on the website that made it shown available after someone else signed the lease, and no one in the leasing office found out the problem until today. I’m completely disappointed. Still waiting for their response about the solution and I’m totally up for lawsuits.

I'm coming up on one year here and can note the following perks:
- Floor-to-ceiling windows (plus a beautiful view of Reston Town Center), walk-in closets, logical floor plans
- Right across the street from the W&OD Trail, the Metro's silver line, CVS, and Founding Farmers
- Grocery stores within 5-10m driving, including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Giant
- Dog park on the second floor and plenty of grassy areas outside the building with waste bag stations
- Great staff and cleaning crew
- Free visitor parking (but could use more spots/passes)
- Adequate soundproofing (only really hear
