Pros: great gym, clean, helpful maintenance staff, convenient parking garage
Cons: lots of sirens (close to hospital), dog owners are inconsiderate, steep rent increase per year, too many “free” perks and events (that just means rent is higher for things I don’t want). The first 3 I specifically asked about when I toured too so it was disappointing

The amenities are great, structure amazing, and views gorgeous. This was what I called my covid apartment and I just moved out. The concierge staff is always pleasant and worked so hard during the pandemic. The rating is low because the leasing staff from the top down act like elitist and just downright unprofessional. Every resident that I knew felt the same way. They are rude and talk down to people paying $2k-$5k in rent. Why are there no minorities in the leasing office but the entire concierge staff is black. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Not just the Reston location, but my experience with all of Global Luxury Suites and Churchill Living was miserable! Over the span of almost 3 months that I regretfully gave them my business, they were ALWAYS ALWAYS rude on the phone (at least 15-20 calls with different people). Reservations, customer service, billing, didn't matter, everyone had an attitude, everyone doesn't care about YOU and everyone didn't wanna be there. We made all our payments on time and even ahead of schedule, yet they threatened us with an eviction and treated us poorly. Aside from all that, their

I lived at the Harrison for over two years. The front desk staff were awesome and courteous. The building is kept fairly clean considering there are several pets on the premises. You would never know so many dogs reside there. The walls are thick and I never heard my neighbors. Maintenance responded very quickly to any issues. My first year the rent was decent for the area, guest parking was on the premises not across the street, they had lots of guest social events, and offered complimentary coffee cakes and snacks, but the second year my rent increased drastically, trash chute never consistently
