Probably won’t be renting here mostly because of poor service. The leasing agent gave me the impression that I was a burden by touring the apartment. I had to convince her to show me anything but you could tell she really didn’t want to. And the office was empty so it’s not like she was busy. Afterwards she showed me the outside of the amenities because she didn’t bring the keys to let us inside. Very disappointing. There was no friendliness or anything. She didn’t even ask me my name until the end where she just wrote it on a piece of spare paper on her desk and said she’d call me

I haven’t even moved into these Apartments yet, but talking to their property managers (Shoutout to Morgan!!) have been the most pleasant and warm experiences I’ve ever had talking to property managers. They genuinely care and are willing to help you, making it much more likely that I moving in soon!

As a new resident in the Laurel Glade Court, I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call a home. The services offered by management is an excellent one. The warm reception received right from the front desk has been very welcoming. The facilities offered are modern, rooms are exquisite and the estate environment is friendly. Security so far has been great. The staff management are very professional and very friendly. I will be more than happy to always recommend the Laurel Glade Court to any family member or friends looking for a very safe and sound community to live in within
