Since 2016, Evanston Eye Wellness has served as a dedicated and caring provider of quality vision services to Evanston and the surrounding communities. Dr. LaBrosse received her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2005, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. There she received special recognition for her work in contact lenses and low vision. Dr. LaBrosse has served as the Public Health Trustee for the Illinois Optometric Association and as an examiner for the National Board of Optometry.

I recently switched optometrist and chose Dr. LaBrosse. Her eye exams are incredibly thorough and she has been patiently working with me one-on-one to find the perfect pair of contact lenses that correct my farsightedness. Her staff is friendly, efficient, and helped me chose new eye glasses. I also like that I can book appointments online, receive text reminders for upcoming appointments, and the office is conveniently located in my neighborhood.

Dr. LaBrosse was extremely thorough and helped with more than I even anticipated when making the appointment. I left extremely satisfied with my prescription sunglasses (my original purpose) plus helpful recommendations to address periodic migraines (magnesium) and styes that had lingered for many months (and a handful of eye doctors before her were unable to provide any successful resolution). Very friendly and detailed team in the office as well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Labrosse and staff are wonderful! Been going for annual visits for several years, purchased the most comfy pair of blue light glasses at the start of the pandemic and recently purchased new prescription frames. The selection process was a breeze thanks to their staff. They always communicate well and often, orders of contacts and glasses always seem to come faster than expected, and overall service is very personalized. Highly recommend this great woman owned business!

The entire team at Evanston Eye Wellness is concerned and focused on attention. Attention to my health, my eyes, my style, and my frames. Each of the staff is a gem of personality that lends their expertise to ensuring that care. Their product isn’t a pair of glasses or a prescription for contacts (although, both are wonderful services), their product is care.

Best holistic eye care experience I’ve ever had! Dr. LaBrosse truly cares about eye health and goes above and beyond to ensure that my vision is taken care of.
The rest of the staff is attentive, helpful, and kind. When issues with an order of mine came up, they worked quickly to rectify it and make it right.
On top of all of that, their selection of frames is super slick—I’ve never left feeling anything less than great about the frames I’ve gotten.

I have only the best to say about the jeweler-like work Evanston Eye Wellness did to reconfigure a pair of LaFont (fancy and French) frames that were left bent and distorted after they were refitted with new lenses elsewhere. ~ Bonus: on another pair, they also fixed a hinge that was damaged, by me, being careless. Happy customer.

I just saw the doc there who always gives me a perfect prescription. Then, I had 5 pair of glasses made..most were old pairs and four came back with in about a week. I then decided to update another pair and that was finished by the next day! I can't say enough about the friendly and skilled staff there..especially the doctor and Peter. Other places have never provided this kind of service and precision. They are wonderful.

Our entire family goes to Evanston Eye Wellness and we have each had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable and warm. Our most recent visit was for my son and he was treated with respect and care as he moved through his exam and into the process of choosing glasses. He had so much fun trying on multiple pairs of glasses and the staff was affirming of his process in selecting the perfect pair. We are so grateful!
