We are a Vinyasa based yoga studio and try to offer classes for everyone, beginner to advanced and everything in between. In Vinyasa Yoga, we link breath to movement. This link is often referred to as a "moving meditation", almost a dance as we flow from pose to pose. Classes can include Power Yoga, Strong Flow, Beginner Flow, and many others.
Please note, all participants must be at least 14 years of age or older to participate in any of our classes. We practice rain or shine, practicing outside and have classes accessible for beginner's to advanced and every thing in between. As with our indoor classes, social distancing and all safety & health protocols are being followed to ensure your safety.

Had my first visit to class here this week and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to drop in for a class with no problem, although there is an option to sign up online before going. Lacey was our instructor for a Strong Flow class and she is wonderful! She structured the class with just the right amount of focus, intensity, and then relaxation. I had not practiced in quite a while, but I wanted to challenge myself and this class was perfect for my goal. The environment is very welcoming and peaceful here. The space is quaint, clean, and easy to find. I will absolutely be returning, and from what
