Beautiful neighborhood, spent the week here with my children and we all enjoyed the nightly fireworks. The free valets took care of my car and I felt very safe knowing they were armed and no one would get the car from them. All of the armed security guards seemed a bit unnecessary but them being in plain clothes helped the vibe. Would Definitely recommend.

Gave my money to Mercy back in the beginning of September, got approved but never was able to move in due to “inspection” I was told my move in date was October 1st, move in date got pushed 4 times.. after that 4th time I just was told “I could get my money back or wait longer” . Do not rent here or even attempt to. Also the management doesn’t have any type of communication skills, throughout this entire process I never received a call or email. I was the one doing the reaching out. I just wish I would’ve read the reviews before even dealing with this. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Paid the deposit and our move in date got pushed back 5 times due to “inspection” (our original move in date was september 1st)was told our move in date was the beginning of the next month(October 1st) and called to check in and was told inspection wasn’t until the 8th. After being told next week 5 times we finally got our deposit back. Very unprofessional. They need better maintenance and definitely don’t move here if you need something ASAP. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

This was the worst place I’ve ever lived.. the manager named Merci is the worst worst person ever! She needs to be fired along with the maintenance that works there, they don’t take care of their attendants nor the buildings. The buildings smell awful and look like a jail cell, the hallways are dirty and crackheads walk in and out of the buildings .. this complex needs a reality check

Didn’t even get a chance to move in and was already scammed I apparently was approved for the apartment January 2021 NEVER received a phone call or an email from them until I threatened to report them to the BBB and asked for a refund that was given in January. My spouse received several unpromising move in dates from March 1st then end of March then April 1st then April 15th then May 7th and the only reason we got those bogus dates is because we threatened for a refund. I never wanted to live in the apartments but because I believed I had an advantage by someone close to me knowing the Manager

As many times as i let them know my air conditioning wasn't working they did nothing but tell me I was on a work order( this went on for almost 2 1/2 months!) Thank God for my dad who worked with a guy who did heating and cooling. Thanks to him I have air conditioning! This should of been something the apartment complex should of taken care of. I didn't even bring in a recipts of how much it was for the guy to fix it which by the way wasn't a hard fixed just turned out the thing wasn't connected right which could of been easy fixed if they would of sent maintenance out to look at it. At this point

I really feel like this place needs to be investigated. Units are only not up to date but things can go MONTHS without being fixed but they will hurry up and smack a late fee on the door. They must get there workers from the lowest of the low places they can find and during training tell them to steal and not give a care about the people that live here and pay there rent even though those people keep u employed. I've even heard a neighbor say they called and said they LOST her money order for rent! How u just lose that?! Sound like it went in somebody pocket to me. I highly suggest to move some
