Service has deteriorated in the past year. Lost some really good staff. Expensive with out the knowledgeable service. I ordered sunglasses a month ago, when I was told they’d take about 1 to 1 1/2 wks. I’m sure they will have to be returned because the person that help me didn’t do any measurements and I wear progressive lens. Time for a new spot for eyewear.

Amazing personalities! Dr. Gabriel is so sweet and caring. I brought my grandma here today and she absolutely loved everyone there. Jordan is so amazing and patient with patients. Everyone greeted us as we walked in the door. Already knew it was my grandma walking in for her appt. We felt really happy and was worth the drive. (Laveen to Scottsdale) I will definitely be back with the family. Definitely recommend!

I ordered new lenses for my stainless steel Mykita frames and their lab broke them. They make you sign a waiver for changing lenses - something I have never seen. This was my first experience with their optical department. I have never had this happen in 40 years of wearing glasses and those Mykitas were the most rugged frames that I have worn. I can’t speak to the accuracy of the prescription as I am scrambling to find a new set of glasses from another vendor.

These guys are great. I was seeing spots in my line of vision at 3:00 on a Thursday. I called concerned I had to fly the following day. They fit me in before the end of the day. Unheard of! Turned out to be an optical migraine. I've been back for my regular exam. The doctor takes his time, asks good questions and has a great bedside manner. The staff is equally helpful and friendly. Office is warm and inviting.

I found AZ Eye Health on the VSP website. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to book my appointment. It was a little hard to find because my GPS stopped giving me directions after I turned into the parking lot. Here is a tip it is located in the building behind 8575 which is 8573. So once you turn into the parking lot take a left and drive around. If you don't do that you will find yourself in the 8575 building looking at the directory which will tell you that AZ Eye Health is there but it is not. It is in the building behind (this is the property managers fault so don't get frustrated

Scheduler was very nice and assured me that my appointment time would work for my schedule. Receptionist was nice enough. Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes and then was told there's no way I'll be finished by the time I need to leave to pick up my kids from school. Do I want to reschedule? um, nope.

As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment within a week and a half. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and the office was very nice and clean. There was a wide selection of glasses frames to choose from in the waiting area for patients to peruse prior to being seen. The assistant who performed the vision screenings was professional and thorough. The doctor was also thorough, making sure to listen to and address all of my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit. I'll definitely be coming back for my annual checkups!

Wife went to office recently and was thrown out of office for calling rude office staff rude. After being shown to patient room was seen by tech. While waiting for doctor to appear was told to immediately leave by some unnamed office person.
If you like rude and uncaring personnel this is the place to go - for good service go anywhere else

Dr. Gabriel-Gramlich was wonderful and I felt I received a very thorough examination. I was very impressed with their technology. The staff was also very nice and wait time wasn't an issue. The designer frame selection was great, but if you didn't want to go that route they also had stylish frames available for much less.

There is no better person to work with concerning your eyes than Dr Gabriel. She is patient,kind and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to ask the necessary questions, to get the right combination of your focal needs and to give you the utmost attention when you visit her. Actually went back less than a week ago to pick out new frames. It was a FUN & GREAT experience! The whole staff got involved in their opinion of the new frames! Have never experienced that before. I am the type of person who needs other opinions on different things I buy. The whole staff is wonderful! So I got the call yesterday that my glasses are READY! Picked up glasses today. Great looking style frames! Again the whole staff talked to me and made me feel welcome! Even Dr. Melissa Gramlich took time to visit with me! Definitely cannot beat the service you get here! GREAT OFFICE!!
