I have lived at The Point for over 21 years. During that period of time it has been constantly upgraded with roofing, exterior insulation, siding and gutters. All gas furnaces, air conditioning units, and water heaters are virtually brand new and this has cut my utility bill by 1/3 or more. All cabinets have been upgraded. Maintenance is prompt and competent. Management constantly puts on health and education seminars. The old tennis court has been turned into a multi-use play ground. The project is located mid way between 2 excellent Gwinnett parks. It is situated in the north east section of

I was considering to apply living here, but made a different choice for personal reasons. During the process, Diana Rendon was really helpful in helping me find units to stay in. I believe the property is in a good condition,they take care of the buildings, the clean out the trash everyday. Also they landscape very good.
The maintenance men work under the watchful eye of Daniel, and get the work done in the timely fashion, Freeman especially goes the extra mile, he is always looking to do more that he is asked to do, and goes out of his way to help every tenant who comes in contact with him. He is always in the kind mood. The more he can do for others, the happier he is. I Personally I think that he should get a promotion and more recognition.

I’ve lived here for about 18 months and am transferring to a larger unit soon because I’ve enjoyed my time so much. Everything can be done online and the maintenance crew is so prompt and professional. The office staff is so friendly and Anai is the best! She’s quick to respond and always attentive. Affordable, clean, updated, well cared for community.

I have been here for several years and I have enjoyed my stay here. Maria Figueora has been a Fantastic Manager since she took over the management of the complex. Also, the maintenance crew and the groundskeepers are doing a Wonderful job. The office staff is doing great as well. Thank you all for the "Great Work." I Appreciate You All!!!
