Naked Feet Yoga
The mission of Naked Feet Yoga is to offer all communities a peaceful space where we can come home to ourselves, where we'll be nourished and cared for, through every breath and posture, where moments of laughter can be enjoyed and friendships are made. Either virtually, in studio or outdoors, the experiences are marvelous!

The teachers are compassionate, friendly, very helpful, kind and understanding towards each person, and a little bit of who they are is given to everyone. The healing energies of this beautiful space has made Naked Feet Yoga a place of true growth. The tranquility of the space is amazingly calming.
Services
Our curriculum was cultivated with the intention to create awareness of spirit, participation in life and personal meaning. Our primary goal is to impart future teachers that yoga is a Whole practice, going beyond the physical postures. How to safely cue all categories of asana (postures) Pranayama (breathing) techniques to help facilitate a desired outcome.
As a Holistic Entrepeneur, lots of experiences and events have been presented to me, That's why I decided to go further with the knowledge I crave often so I did the following: an E-RYT 200, YACEP through Yoga Alliance and finishing up my 300 E-YTT Kripalu certification. In 2007 I attended IIN live program in NYC, a very delightful journey with lots of A-ha' moments, and life has been more beautiful ever since.

I came back to my practice after a few years of not practicing and found Naked Feet Yoga. I had a habit of a on and off yoga practice but there is something so special about Naked feet that I wanted to keep going back and I have. It is such a welcoming place. I love every class I take here. In fact I loved it so much that I decided to do my 200 hr yoga teacher training here. What a great decision it was. So much knowledge and healing happens. Dina definitely had a great vision when she created this space. I absolutely recommend Naked feet for your practice or if you’ve ever thought about taking

I chose to do my Yoga Teacher Training at Naked Feet Yoga and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am so grateful for the thoughtful mentorship I have received over the course of this training. Dina has created a truly safe and welcoming space for growth, learning, and healing. I feel so blessed to have had the privilege to do my training here and create bonds through healing and laughter. If teacher training is something you have considered doing and you want to learn about yourself, heal, and grow, Naked Feet Yoga is the place to do it.

I chose Naked Feet Yoga as my studio for teaching training, and I couldn’t be happier! Every weekend was filled with moments of learning, laughter, and reflection. If you have ever thought about becoming a yoga instructor, I urge you to sign up! It is one of the best studios I have visited in the Boston area, with a warm and welcoming community.

Naked Feet is a great place to begin learning yoga as well as to advance your practice. The studio is a calming reprieve for letting go of external stress & anxiety and helps focus on improving flexibility, strength and mindfulness. The instructors are kind and patient, and Dina (the owner of NFY) has helped create something very special and unique there. Highly Recommended!!!

Naked feet yoga is an incredible studio for your yoga practice. I've been taking classes since the studio opened, and continue to take classes there because of the quality of instruction and the studio community. In person classes are available and the studio is spic and span. After each class, Dina or the teacher is wiping everything down. The cleaning of the studio is thorough and frequent. For safety, props are BYOP. Social distancing is upheld. Student safety is priority. Last year, I attended an outdoor class at Cedar Park and that was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this option too! I am currently attending Naked Feet Yoga Teacher Training. The training is in studio. The studio is pristine and safe through cleanliness masks and social distancing. I feel completely safe in the studio. I signed up for YTT to deepen my own practice rather than teach. Attending this course is the best thing that has happened to me in the past year. Studio owner, Dina Martinez, is a gifted teacher who generously shares her yogic knowledge and wisdom. After every class I leave the studio feeling uplifted and healthier both emotionally and physically. I look forward to attending each weekend. Dina’s

Naked Feet yoga feels like a hug! The space is warm and welcoming. Dina is an amazing instructor, making each yogi feel loved and encouraged throughout her classes. The studio has a mix of both gentle and strong classes to fit all of your yoga needs. And, there are mats to borrow if you're in a hurry for your yoga-fix and forgot yours at home! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

As far as a down to earth, fun, welcoming place to practice yoga goes, it doesn't get better than Naked Feet Yoga. The instruction that you get from Dina Martinez and her staff is always first-rate and you can tell that a lot of preparation and intent that has gone into each class. The facility has a really nice ambiance, it's spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly suited for all levels of yoga practice. It's just super comfortable, chill, and each time you go there, your day is better than those days where you didn't go. I highly recommend NFY and look forward to classes

I was visiting a friend and decided to try this place because it's nearby to her place. This studio has excellent reviews so we thought we'd give it a shot. The studio was clean and organized and the front desk staff were nice. Big fan of the half off your first class deal, as well! However, the yoga instructor, although friendly, didn't seem to do many adjustments or explain why we were doing the poses we were doing. Also, for half of the 60 minute heated class, we did sun salutations *nonstop* ...to the point of exhaustion. Plus, there were a lot of yogis facing the wrong way in

On my birthday last month, I wanted to treat myself to a few fun things, so I decided to try this studio for the first time. The studio is small and intimate, and the class I attended was very nice. The owner was teaching, and she was warm and friendly. Loved her instruction! Will definitely return!

After about a year of coming to classes at Naked Feet Yoga, it's time I wrote a review! Many yoga communities are warm and inviting, but there's something extra special about Naked Feet.

It's a come-as-you-are space. I've found that every type of person comes to Naked Feet - every skill level, every body shape.

The energy in the room is just magical. The brick-walled room has a fabulous vibe. At night, it is dimly lit for restorative classes (my favorite).

In terms of teachers, I've taken classes with a number of different ones at NFY. But, truly, I keep coming back

When I hurt my back several years ago a friend suggested doing yoga. I'm so glad I listened. After trying several studios in the area I finally found Naked Feet Yoga. They have diverse teachers and classes and the owner Dina is fantastic. The studio itself is spacious and always clean. I highly recommend you check it out.

I had never done yoga but wanted to try it out, after reading reviews I decided to try Naked feet and I'm so thankful that I did. Though I have never practiced Yoga elsewhere I must say that this place is the best. Every instructor is so devoted, competent, and enthusiastic. I felt so welcomed since my first day coming, everyone here makes you feel at home. I started out with the new student unlimited monthly membership which was awesome because I was able to try many classes. Since the first class that I attendedI have continued to go about four times a week. I've been going for over

I love this yoga studio. The wood floors and the brick walls feel like home to me. They have great props, blankets and mats. I really enjoy the sunday morning gentle flow, but have taken a couple of other classes and enjoyed them as well.

I needed some help with my account, and Dina the owner was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks Dina!

If you live in the Wakefield/Melrose area, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. They are always having specials for new students.

Lovely studio in Melrose. All the props you need are available even mats. Prices are reasonable...teachers discount $12!!! Parking is on street and with the one hour limit you would most likely go over your allotted time. I walked down a little and got 2 hr parkiing since it was a nice day. Studio is clean and bright. I prefer it a little darker. Small bathroom out back which was also very clean. Really pleasant experience!

I'm honestly shocked that I haven't reviewed Naked Feet Yoga yet.. I guess I was saving the best places for the end of the year.

A long time and quite a few pounds ago, I used to practice yoga fairly regularly.. but after gaining weight and not having been on the mat for years, it was actually a bit intimidating to come back to classes. After my first class at Naked Feet I felt like I found my "home".

Like many people, I started my yoga journey at Naked Feet with a $25 2 week unlimited class pass. It's an awesome deal and allows you to try any class you want for 2 weeks

The location is near the fire station, with street parking (1 hr+), and the studio is spacious and clean. I attended the heated Vinyasa, which for a 15$ walk-in was very reasonable. My instructor Dina was very enthusiastic and accommodating for all levels. One thing to note as this this not the typical hot-yoga, where the temperatures are sauna levels. Rather, it is still a comfortable 80F with a humidifier and Dina makes you work hard. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.

Dina Martinez's Naked Feet Yoga studio in Melrose captures the true essence of the yoga philosophy of body, mind, and spirit. She has selectively chosen her instructors to create a practice that is challenging and healing for all levels. Although I'm very flexible and I've been practicing yoga for over 20years at my local gyms, I embraced the adjustments and feedback from the instructors. Dina has a special of 14 consecutive classes for $25 allowed me to take various yoga classes. Each instructor brings on his/her own gratitude, experienced, and appreciation for the practice. I gained
