We are a recurrent client, every time there is a birthday in the office we normally order from you guys but this time I called, 3:30p.m. 9/28, the person who answered the phone was rude and completely unprofessional. She wasn't able to locate our company and straight up said "I think you are not our client and you don't buy from us" and I asked her if I could just get the price of a Carrot cake and she straight up told me NO until she locates our file on the computer. At this point without asking she put me on hold and I waited for her to answer the call again and tell her how rude she had been

Excellent five star wholesale bakery. They make beautiful pastries cakes tarts and breakfast pastries. Purely wholesale though if you just want to order a cake you can order from MiPiace Pasadena and get a beautiful cake from PBC. PBC always goes above and beyond my expectations making the most delicious sweet treats.

Yes, the cakes taste wonderful, however, we cannot seem to get a call back from the staff. My wife and I have called several times leaving a message with Meredith to have Julia return our calls. Three weeks have gone by and we have yet to hear from Julia. Perhaps they're too busy baking cakes to address any customer service.

A coworker brought in a cake from here yesterday for a company party. The cake was a half sheet of chocolate cake with raspberry filling. It was incredibly soft and moist. What a great cake! I could taste the attention to detail that went into this cake. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for any upcoming events.
