I just got off the phone with janna from Masis bakery. She asked for a picture of the cake I wanted for my sons bday, gave me a quote right away, and placed the order and charged it. All within 10 minutes. I wish all of the party planning was as easy as the cake ordering was.

Ordered a customized cake from them and there was HAIR in it, which found one of guests in my party while eating.
When I called to the bakery next day the employee asked "what was the color of the hair" and stated that "they didn't have anyone with this hair color" (hinting that we put it there).
Then she said that "I'd supposed to bring those piece with hair to them during their business hours (!)" (so they could start investigation to find out who's hair was that).
She's never apologies and refused to connect with manager, just told "

Horrible service! Disgusting place, smells awful. This place should be closed. Will never return to this place ever. They don't know how to handle customer service. The employees are always rude especially the owner she is very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. Please don't go ti this place ever.

Don't go to this bakery if you don't want to spoil your event. Very unprofessional, very rude customer service. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday, came to pick up but not even the cake was not ready but they told me they don't have that order. All the guests and kids had to wait abother 2 hours before they made the cake. My biggest mistake visiting Masis bakery. Never again. Will tell anyone not to go there.

Came in here because I was tired of having my South American pastries, I was never greeted, The girl that was working there never said hi to me she just straight asked me what do I want. At the Register she had the biggest attitude never said thank you

Placed an order for a cake. The only reason they get 2 star is because of the flavor of the cake. The cake looked nothing like the one that I ordered. I also mentioned specifically to get the colors right. I have been ordering from them for years and it looks like the designers changed. Before the cakes were executed just like the way we wanted them, now it looks like something that can be done at home with the kids. I have to add so many elements and change the shades so that it doesn't look like a cheap cake from 10 years ago.

Website didn't work to place order for party. Called they asked me to come place order in person and will honor website prices which was a bit cheaper, then they told me they can't give that price, ok, no problem will give higher price, just get it right.
Took my order, told me will call next day with final pricing and confirmation, no call at all.
Called them back, no one knows about this order
Took me 4 days talking to 5 different people to get this order.

I had horrible experience getting a birthday cake from this place. I showed her pic and said we could make this cake the way i wanted. The cake was simple cake and just i wanted airplane that they make with fondant on cake but they didn't make the airplane same as the pic that i gave them. I don’t know why when they cant make cake same that pic we want, they take the order.

Yesterday I went in to get a cake and the owner was there I asked for Vanilla got the cake and got charged double than what I paid for a cake 2 weeks ago. We brought it home cut it and sure enough it was a chocolate cake. I won't go back to this place again as the owner herself didn't know what she was doing. Plus she had the mask on without covering her nose.

I ordered the cake Flamingo, and asked specifically don't do the mistake that they did with the cake pictured on their Instagram. My request was completely ignored, the cake very poorly made and looks ridiculous. They told me that they will fix it, but returned it after 2 min the same way as it was. Very disappointed by the service. Would never order again!

I have been ordering cakes for different occasions, many years now. They have never disappointed me and my guest with the design and flavor. Cake has always been fresh and my favorite flavor is vanilla with custard! Prices are also reasonable especially now when it seems like prices have increased! Plenty of parking and great customer services.

A great mom and pop place with a lot of high quality desserts and cakes at an affordable price. I supplied my son's 1st birthday from here and it was a huge hit! We got a fondant red velvet cake made with jungle themed and it came out perfect, the cake was the talk of the party and so was the platter of desserts! I just got 2 trays of the little bite sized desserts (was very affordable) and everyone loved it. A huge hit and will be coming back for every occasion I host now. I highly recommend coming here for quality, expensive-looking cakes and desserts with huge flavor but WITHOUT breaking the
