The apartments aren’t terrible, but I can’t say the same about management. All communication disappeared as soon as I signed the lease. They have never once answered or returned a call or email. The bill on the statements and what’s on the resident portal do not match. The sign on the office says “by appointment only” but it is literally impossible to reach anyone. To the owner of this apartment, get a new management team.

I never got my security deposit back from this apartment after confirming with maintance that the apartment was left in good condition. As I was leaving no one told me the procedures or even asked to have the keys back. It's like talking to a ghost, no one seems to answer back. I strongly would not recommend them to anyone.

There's problems everywhere you live but the staff at Oak Pointe really are amazing! The manager helped me and my wife out after we moved out with some things during our home buying process even though it was super short notice! She was super kind and gracious the whole time we lived here and also now after we have left.
The only info I would add is that this is not a place where it is easy to break your lease. So if you plan on staying through the life of your lease it is awesome but trying to buy out is 3 times the rent as a fee. So not good place for short term stays.

We recently met with the property manager, Victoria. She was energetic, informative, and made us feel right at home from the moment she met us. She was by far the best representative of all the apartment complexes we visited. Honestly, we had ruled out Oak Pointe due to its location, but it quickly became our first choice after meeting with her! We highly recommend this complex!

My husband had a job offer here a year ago. We decided to move from our family (1 1/2 miles away). We had looked at several Apartment Communities. Oak Pointe was the third Community we visited. Immediately we knew this was our home. Victoria is amazing, friendly, honest and courteous professional young lady who made us feel right at home along with an outstanding staff whom are courteous and nice. Everyone does an outstanding job to meet our needs as Residents here at Oak Pointe. Victoria and the staff here treat you like family in my opinion which stands out! We have had Thanksgiving and Christmas
