Moved here from across the country without even seeing the apartment in person. I just went off reviews and the website! I am so lucky we are here. My family has lived here a couple months now and we all love it!!! It is very clean, peaceful, beautiful and everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. I have had no complaints. A lot of diversity here which I love and its gated and tucked away from the business of the city. I sold my home to move here and I am happy here these apartments are very nice!

I love it here. It is quiet...very dog friendly community.The trees here are unlike many of the other apartments here in this area. The courtyard path/ loop is very peaceful and safe to walk to relax and get fresh air. Majority of people here are really friendly and welcoming and will do anything to help you out. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. The maintenance guys are great and will go out of their way to fix your problem promptly. The pool is very nice with 3 grills to use. Nice place to live. Close to everything in town. Management is friendly and go out of their way to help and accommodate you. I would like to see more gym equipment added to free weights area though. Maintenance is also professional and does a great job fixing issues. Overall, me and my family are having a good experience living here.

I have lived at Arbors at Fairview for three years and it's been a great place to live.
- The apartments are quite. I don't hear the neighbors.
- The grounds are very well kept
- The apartment and buildings are well maintained
- They are very pet friendly, with pet play areas. Pick up bags and deposit stations are conveniently located around the complex
- My neighbors have all been friendly and nice.
- I have really enjoyed the porch, it's a great place for a relaxing glass of wine.
- There are no parking problems. I always have plenty of spaces close to my door.

I lived here for 3 years, and absolutely loved it! Nice quiet complex, but still super convenient to all the shops on Fairview. Super spacious living area and bedrooms, makes it feel more like a home than an apartment! (The built in bookshelves were my personal favorite lol) Maintenance guys were also always very friendly. Would wave and ask how we were doing anytime we saw them.

Oh man, where to begin?——-I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and to be completely honest, the experience has been great. Great location. Great neighbors. Great staff.

The apartments are spacious and still allow you your privacy. The upgrades have been nice. Parking is great. Pool is an awesome place to hangout in the Summer.

Arbors at Fairview is a great place to live the staff is wonderful. We couldn't ask for a better community. Love the safety feature of having a gated community. Your always greeted by a smile in the office and the maintenance are willing to go over and beyond to help make any issue you have in your apartment as soon as they can. The fireplaces are so wonderful and really make your apartment feel at home.
