The apartments are located in the perfect spot. You are close to everything you could possibly want. And most stores are within walking distance. I lived in here for 5 years when I was growing up. It was a magical time in my life. These are excellent little townhomes.

Had an issue with previous management concerning the correct move-out amount. Issue goes back 2yrs. The new manager, Ben Holder, took care of the issue & corrected the amount in less than 24hrs - putting me closer to home ownership! I couldn't be more grateful! He went above and beyond!!!

I enjoy living at 630 Fairview, I've been a resident for over 2 years and they have exceeded my expectations of what apartment living should be like every single time! I feel proud to call this home. I appreciate all of the staff who make living here so much more better! Ben, has been so awesome since he has been here! He offers quick and easy solutions to all of our problems with fast and friendly service. I’ve been living here for a year and a half and let me tell it has been the worse experience ever with the New Management Ever since Katie left. You pay for pest control and when you call the front to let them know that you need them to come to your home and they tell you that they did and the day that they are supposed to come you find out that they don’t even put you on the books for them to come so now you have to wait the following week for them to come again

The maintenance manager and his assistant responded quickly and efficiently to the maintenance requests I put in. They were very professional, polite and friendly as well. Very pleased!

With the new office staff I have noticed a lot of things improve around the neighborhood in a rather short period of time. For the first time in almost a year of living here someone answered the office phone!

My whole experience with 630-Fairview Apt has been positive, even throughout the application process. Peaches was the first person I made contact with and she welcomed myself and my family with open arms. She allowed us to tour the property, and even on the days that she was our Paige made sure to answer all of my questions and they responded to my messages in a timely manner. The apartment itself is nice and affordable, and the complex has many perks. I have yet to have an issue with any neighbors that were not like that of any typical complex. All maintenance issues that I reported were promptly
