Disgusting in every way possible. Infested with roaches and mold. I stepped into this apartment and smelled the mold. When I called she said it was because they just shampooed the carpets. I should have walked away then. I stayed for 2 weeks before they terminated my lease. The dehumidifier ran consistently. When I got to my new apartment complex and started to unpack boxes, majority of our clothing was destroyed. They seem to have a bigger problem then just roaches that I never saw. STAY AWAY from this place.

Stillwater has such a good team working in the leasing office! Alicia and Nikki are always helpful every single time I need something from them. Since I have been at this property, I think Alicia has done a wonderful job making improvements. The wildlife is also a unique feature to enjoy and the dog park is fun for the dogs. I can't wait to see the upcoming renovations!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This people is nothing but money hungry, they just opened the pool 2 weeks before summer ended, left my whole building without water for a whole week, over charged me for a vacation notice, the parking lot is as unsafe as it gets, I’ve gotten stuff stolen out of my vehicle 2 times, not a safe or nice place to live

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! & MONEY HUNGRY!!! Don’t apply here!!! They will hold your fees and won’t communicate with you about the move in process, allowing the deadlines for the Admin fee to be non refundable if you don’t want money snatched from your pockets please look elsewhere!! Y’all should be ashamed!!!!! Hard earned money gone!!!

This review is for all interested in moving to this property and for the owner(s) and management company SPM. I've lived here for 8yrs now and have seen seven different management companies and owners. The previous staff in the office has not always been good but one thing they did have is the ability to have a human connection. The current management specifically Alicia and Nikki are well below average from what I've seen in the past. Neither one of them seem to care about anything other than filling the apartments and for Alicia specifically receiving bonuses. I've had on the record and
