Great place to live. I have a furnished 2 bed room flat on the upper floor and have enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance department on top of any problems that come up. The grounds are well kept. The business center could use some software (updating. Windows 7)
The place is very quite and close to everything. The neighbors keep to them selves but are very friendly and helpful. I searched over 20 apartment complexes and I am very happy to be at Jasmine Cove.

My husband and I have been SO PLEASED so far with Jasmine Cove. Gretchen has been incredibly kind to us in our tour and all communication. She is quick to respond and so gracious.
The apartment complex is the perfect size, not overwhelmingly large. The landscape is kept up nicely, and we love that it’s gated. We also love that it’s not right up against a busy road, but hidden away and quiet!

My husband and I recently relocated to the area. We could not have asked for a more pleasant move in experience, beautiful community, or convenient location. Both Ben and Gretchen made the leasing process seamless. The entire staff has been so welcoming and Paul has done an excellent job promptly addressing any maintenance needs! The 24-hour workout room is a huge perk for my husband, who is a night shift nurse. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the closets roomy and well set up, and the linen closets in the bathrooms make living so easy. We look forward to calling Jasmine Cove home for the foreseeable

My sons and I just relocated from Columbia, SC and recently moved in. I dealt with Ben through most of the process and he is awesome. He answered any questions I had and was very professional and really nice. I also had brief encounter with Jessica, in which, she was also very professional. The staff is awesome, our apartment is spacious, in a safe area, the upkeep is great and in the middle of everything you need. I would definitely recommend Jasmine Cove to a friend.
