I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! I have been here for almost a month and can't say enough about the apartment, community, and staff. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and well built. The property management made the leasing and move in process so easy, even while taking proper COVID precautions. And once I'm here, they are responsive and so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, the location is perfect, and I feel very grateful to call Cotton Mill home!

We love Cotton Mill for so many reasons! The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and conveniently located in Simpsonville’s fast growing downtown. The staff (especially Tracy) is friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. Cotton Mill is a great option if you’re looking for a unique, upscale community to call home!

We love the spacious kitchen, the beautiful clubhouse and being so close to downtown Simpsonville. All of the neighbors are super friendly. If you’re looking for a place to live in Simpsonville, I highly recommend these apartments!

We haven’t officially moved in yet, but are already excited about making Cotton Mill Apartments our family home! The location is amazing, the pool will be a main attraction for our family, we’re really excited about the on-site fitness center, and the storage on property is VERY helpful. And Tracy has been extremely helpful and kind. We think this will be a good spot for our family!!!

I toured the Cotton Mill Apartments with Tracy Perkins and she was an amazing guide. So helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and pristine. Admittedly I came from an apartment complex that was poorly built and had many issues with communication to get things resolved. The worst part was no one spoke to one another in a passing. Living in that for a year made my girlfriend and I realize we wanted a place that felt like home and was family centered. I toured many places and fell completely in love with The Cotton Mills. Tracy, I cannot say enough about this women. The process was stress free and easy, she worked with us to make sure everything made sense and what didn’t, she clarified. You always wonder if that stops when you sign

I toured their apartments last week and they are BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff were really friendly and their clubhouse is so cool. I will be moving to Greenville for work in a couple of months and I cannot wait to move in. Nowhere else offers utilities included in your rent price. I highly recommend you check them out if you're looking for a brand new apartment!

As I was moving from Wisconsin, I leased my apartment sight unseen. I was so pleased the community & my apartment were just as lovely as the internet photos
The community is quiet & offers many lovely amenities. Additionally, it’s dog friendly & all fur parents’ seem conscientious - keeping the community tidy when taking them out.
