I will evaluate body mechanics and proper posture to ensure you are getting the most out of every exercise. I will scale each exercise to meet your fitness level. Together we can reevaluate your diet, and make a few changes, if needed.

What sets Sandra apart from other trainers is that she helps to set realistic goals, then provides the suppport and encouragement to achieve them. She has never let me feel unsuccessful because she tailors each session to the client and is always ready to modify if needed. I also love that she tries out all of the exercises first to ensure they are appropriate for you - who wants a trainer that dishes out burpees but won't do them their self!
