Cheyenne Villas

This is a horrible place to live. It is impossible to get regular maintenance service. The office staff are unprofessional, and rude. There's been mold growing in several places in my bathroom that has never been addressed. It's taken them 4 days and counting to change "special" light bulbs that I've put in a work order for. The words f*** you are written on a center block near my home that I have requested to be covered up and years later is still there. I've requested my porch light to be changed and it's still not fixed. It's very frustrating living at

Very disappointed how the staff in the office treat people , will never rent from their company again. I left our apartment perfect , left two gate clickers, mail keys and pool key and two apartment keys they were inform we were moving out , they said we never told them , refuse to give us our security deposit that they promised. Nobody in the office was never there, they will not answer the phone nor fix things in the apartments for months. They raised the rent to unbelievable prices for this side of town , I can pay the same price to leave in a good neighborhood were my car will not get broken

Do not rent here! Expensive already and raising the rent almost $200 now. Management not helpful. Have to call repeatedly to get anything fixed in the apartment. Then the waiting and run around. Poor communication. The maintenance of the grounds not impressive with trash everywhere. Have to have exterminator come regularly for roach problem too. I would not recommend at all!

I was really impressed with the apartment that was showed to me !! Staff in the office were very nice!!! Smiling is what I like, property clean as well

This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their apartments are spacious and nice. However, you'll have big bugs, water bugs and crickets. There is a Linda that works up front and she is very unprofessional. She "hired" some old man to go snooping around the block and start taking pictures of what he thinks is "out of the ordinary." I find it creepy! How do we know he's not taking pictures for his own privacy? If you have children do not bring them to this neighborhood. That old man is creepy!

Very rude stuff ,racists and providing false information and when you ask for a manager is never available,they lie about things that they don't know and say that they never said it .very disappointed

Renewed another year lease. My unit #2066 sits in the back and I have some great neighbors...The units are nicely sized and have great patios. Linda is an amazing manger!!! Have had no problems in my 3 years here.

We moved into Cheyenne Villas over 5 years ago. We love it! Whenever we have an issue we call in a work order and on average it is fixed within 3 days. Even had my washer hose break once. Workers came in fixed the washer and shop vac'd the surrounding rug and floor within 3 hours. It happened at 11pm at night. Office staff are always helpful and corteous. Cant see myself living anywhere else. (1134)

Tanya arredondo- I've been living here for over 10 yrs I can honestly say that I love this place!! This place has a sense of family. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew do an excellent job at fulfilling my repair request in a timely manner but the most important thing is that I feel very safe living here I've come home from work at all hours of the night and always see a security guard walking the grounds , I would highly recommend living here

I moved here 10 years ago. Back then I would have given it a 4 star. The manager and staff was wonderful and maintenance kept the place clean. It was also peaceful and quiet. I must say when the economy went down and we got a new manager Lee, the property went down. As of late, the property has been improving slowly but surely. I enjoy the staff. Linda, Yadira, Shelly, and Steven have been superb. However, the property manager is horrible. I've taken several concerns to him, but come up empty. He's non caring about our needs. I moved here from Michigan fourteen years ago and have enjoyed my living at Cheyenne Villa Apt. The staff is nice and I love the community. And I would highly recommend this area for anyone who is looking for a good place to live.

If I could leave no stars that would be a good start. Shortly after moving in noticed this place had an extremely bad bug problem. Crickets roaches. After talking to the staff they advised we have them sprey, nothing happend and it was just as bad as before. After complaing a few more times they said we needed to have the apartment bombed and they requires us to pack all of our things and leave for an entire day. Even after all of this still bugs in the walls, door jams, floors. All the bugs aside this place is like an episode of cops every weekend. The staff is rude . Not to mention the nloice

I've lived here for 3 months now, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with the property management. When something needs fixing and or attention they come in a reasonable time frame. As far as my neighbors, I have no complaints, it is super quiet in my area of the apartment complex. Not too much foot traffic coming thru. I feel safe walking around the complex. The children that play in the playground areas are always happy and friendly. They always say hello to me. The pool is always clean and so is the gym. Awful place to live in. Unsafe. My car got stolen in front of our apartment. Charged us with so many different things when we left that didn't even know. They said we didn't clean the apartment but we left it very clean. Horrible staff and management. Not recommended.

.We moved into Cheyenne villas in march and it has been a nightmare they have a very serious bug problem roaches earwigs and found spiders in my bed ..there is drug dealing right in the open along with drug use in the open also ..the kids have put a dent on my new car with a bicycle.there are fights on a daily basis ....maintenance sucks ....people breaking into cars and kids throwing rock's into your ac unit .my advice to anyone thinking about moving here do yourself a favor and look elsewhere not worth it we are definitely breaking our lease and moving out July 1st

These apartments are horrible! There are rocks under the carpet and the flooring due to them laying it out and cutting it in the parking lot outside. In addition to numerous complaints that I have my most current complaint is that I told them my air was out more than 20 days ago and it still has not been addressed. I am currently 8 months pregnant and VERY HOT and when I call to the front office they have the nerve to get attitude with me. I am currently trying to find their corporate office number so that I can file a formal complaint about them and I will be contacting the BBB!
