Rent is going up astronomically and there have been zero improvements to my apartment unit that justify that change, and very little improvements to the apartment buildings overall to justify it.
There has always been a workout place at this apartment, albeit not as large as the one now. There has always been cable/internet included with rent. The package boxes are nice, but we pay extra for a subscription to those, and so they do not justify rent rising so much. I did like the electric/water bill being available to pay with SimpleBills. I do not like it being added to the rent portal as it means

Moved-in to an unkept apartment a few days ago. When asked for an early move-in, they denied saying that they needed to carry out maintenance work at the apartment. But when I moved in, there were hair all over the carpet, dust on cabinets and blinds, washroom uncleaned and a bathtub full of molds. Despite reaching out to the office multiple times, they sent the maintenance staff only after 24 hours. It is very disappointing to not be getting the value for your money. Moreover, the staff keeps on saying to email all our problems to them, to never respond to any of our emails.

My son and his roommate is having problems there since day one. Move in was aug 14, 2021. Front door lock does not work ( but eventually fix) all other problems are not fix. They put in several work orders and about the ceiling leak. They check in with the front desk and work order consistently, but no response. Today, Aug 25, they came home to a hole in the ceiling with water everywhere. We call the phone number and no one is able to reach maintenance. As of now, their stuff is damage, water in the AC, etc…..not to mention we did send several email to the email listed with pictures and no response

This place was decent when I first moved in, but they keep upcharging rent every single year with no upgrades to the apartment or any new features. It is the exact same apartment i moved in to. On top of that, maintenance takes a long time with requests and on at least one occasion I had to put in a NEW request for the same work order because they marked it “resolved” when they didnt do anything. Carpets were nasty when I first moved in. The move out fee is a joke. When my roommate called, staff told her it was for carpet cleaning, which they sure didnt do before we moved in.

This is one of the worst apartment complexes in starkville mississippi. they made their lease air tight because they know anyone who moves in is going to pursue legal action against them for unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. upon move in someone was still actively working on the apartment and said he would be back to finish later that day, he never came back. the floor was disgusting and it looks like there’s mold under the sink and in the kitchen cabinets. the door didn’t lock and it took 3 days before someone even came to fix it. the ceiling has been leaking for about a week and the

One of the worst place of Starkville... They are cheater. They were supposed to pay 300 gift card to me and my referral. But they didn’t. They said to check postal box for gift check, and I was checking my box regularly. Even I wrote them but they didn’t reply. I signed the document at the first day. After passing the deadline, they said your deadline passed, so unfortunately you will not get it!

The maintenance team is good at solving the issues on time. I request the management to install Cameras on the property. This will probably reduce the number of cop cars we are seeing lately. Will also stop the noise creators and speed drivers.
I wish the management makes this property more safe to stay.

I am very glad to move in the Social Block which is a beautiful community. The apartment I moved in already has the furniture necessary for living. People working in leasing office are very kind. Ethan Grant, leasing consultant, is a very nice and amazing guy. He helps me a lot with apartment affairs after I moved in. We have been very good friends and I bet you would love him if you meet him.
