If i could give 0 i would ,nasty place ,full of roaches they are always ready to take money and thats all.im a ocd i clean like crazy i bombed the apartment twice and look what there was in that nasty place!! i told them i had to leave because of work promotion they were so rude charged me the full lease price and didnt even let me pay it online they send it to det collections, not safe the street lights are out and u have ppl come to ur apartment checking ur door and stuff i had camera at my door to make me feel safer if u clean and love ur self stay away from that place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It was decent when I first moved in which was less than a year ago. It has been less than a year of me living here && every week there is something wrong. On top of that it take weeks after weeks for them to resolve the problem. I’ve been without AIR for 3 weeks. Come home to a big water puddle in the middle of the kitchen floor && my dryer continues to not dry my clothes. I have to re-dry the clothes 3 && 4 times for them to be completely dry (small loads btw). I’m over everything at the LINKS IN STARKVILLE!!!! I will not be signing my lease again !!!!! && management is

I moved from out of state at short notice and boy was I disappointed. The upkeep on the units are poor, they don't even power wash the spiderwebs from the door entrances. The inside looks like a 90s double wide trailer & I still can't comprehend why there is a mirror over the kitchen sink.Some nights it's so loud that the floor shakes other nights it smells weird from someone's smoke come through the vent or something... This place is HORRIBLE. You have to put in multiple requests and some still don’t get done. Our windows been leaking forever. Management is HORRIBLE. Before renting out here, please ask to see exactly what apartment you will be living in. Those models do not look like the apartment I’m in. The road are bad at the back, no number on mail box, and the buildings look a mess. They been promising to paint these building since I moved out here. I’ve gotten 20 emails saying a wash and paint will be approaching so move all items off the porch. I called and ask what happened to the painting (because

The management here is terrible. When i first moved here, had to keep on asking about the paperwork i need to do...even on the actual day i moved.
My dryer stopped working in the first week and has stopped working two additional times since then, in 3 and a half months. I currently have screws poking out of my dryer machine from their attempts to fix it...they said they are unable to replace it because it can still be fixed. No concern for my constant inconvenience.
As i type this, I will have to board a flight tomorrow with dirty clothes because I put in a request plus called 3 times to have

Our daughter has lived here since 2019 while attending MSU. She loves it and we have been very pleased with the quick response to issues including an air conditioner that stopped working in July. We reported the problem at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon and they had someone there within 2 hours. The issue could not be fixed until Monday so they installed a portable air conditioner to get her through. She feels safe and doesn’t mind the 5 mile drive to school. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Just don't live here. I lived at The Links for about 18 months, and was unhappy for just about every one of them. From the beginning there were problems with stray cats everywhere. I made multiple phone calls/trips to the front and nothing was done about it. I have a dog and every time we would walk by they would hiss and lunge at him. Halfway through my lease they raised my rent without making a single renovation/upgrade. I wouldn't have a problem with this usually but the place wasn't worth what I was paying in the beginning so it DEFINITELY wasn't worth any extra per month. Outdated, dingy,

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everything about my stay at The Links has been amazing. Our apartment is very clean, no major bug issues, if there were we would let them know and they would spray almost immediately. The apartments are spacious, quiet and beautiful. I have a two bedroom, two bathroom and I am so happy with it! I've read complaints about maintenance but I have NONE. They have fixed everything that I requested and literally within hours! The staff is so friendly always!! The pool/hot-tub/golf-course are wonderful things to have while living here. I came from out of state

We have lived here 5 plus years now and still enjoy it. We have never had a problem with the office, in fact, they are always helpful. For the most part, it's clean & quiet. The maintenance addresses any problems that day. Sometimes it takes longer than 1 day to complete but it's not because of the on site maintenance, it's an outside issue. We have had responses within the hour!! The staff are always very nice. My hubby loves the availability of golf & making new friends. I like the location to family & shopping.

The links are quiet, well kept, and constantly working to keep its tenants pleased. We have lived at the links for a half year now and have no complaints. We have had two issues, one with the garbage disposal and one with the drier. The issues were both handled in a timely manner (the day of and day after) by the handyman Cole. I fully recommend anyone to check out the links when searching for housing in Starkville!

If golf is life for you, then this is your place. Otherwise save yourself some agony. All they care about is the golf course. Yes, the apartments are pretty nice, but you may get knocked in the head by a flying golf ball on your morning walk, which the Links is not liable for by the way.
