Midtown is located in the heart of Starkville. I have lived here for 3 years now & wouldn’t change it for the world! The apartments are spacious and take “college living” to the next level. The grounds are well kept and it is extremely safe. I highly recommend anyone looking for housing in the Starkville area to check out Midtown!

Lived in midtown throughout the 20-21 year and I would say to anyone that is thinking about living in midtown, do not do it. The Interior is nice but they are scavengers when it comes to your money. And they overcharge you for everything. When I was about to sign my lease they told me a price and then on my first rent payment it was $40 extra every time. Also when moving out they charged me rent for an extra month after we completely moved out and told me I had to pay. The management is very good at lying to you about their prices and then overcharging you.
